    Marc and Michael, the apprentice, came on time to my home and got right to work. We had to have plumbing moved to accommodate our new bathroom remodel. Marc did an excellent job, cleaned up, and was finished in a timely manner. I like that he was doing ojt (on the job training) with Michael. The ladies at will's kept me up to date on when marc would arrive. They had to cancel my previous appt (which they apologized for) due to emergencies but i was first the next day.     Nathan Cavazos was my Jon Wayne Certified Service Advisor today. He performed a Precision Tune up for both my upstairs and downstairs AC units. This was his first service call to my house and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment he courteously introduced himself. His respect for my property and all the while he was working inside my home was greatly appreciated, He spent three hours inspecting and servicing my two units. His meticulous attention to the tiniest of details was truly outstanding. It looked as though he was working on his very own systems the way he approached the entire tune up process. He also ensured everything was neatly cleaned up after he completed his work. Nathan totally gained my trust and confidence in hie ability and determination to maintain my AC systems in top working condition for as long as possible. True professionalism and superior technical skills, like he displayed, are all the more reasons why I chose Jon Wayne as my HVAC Service Company 10 years ago and why I fully intend to stay with them in the future. A huge shout of thanks to Nathan and the Jon Wayne Company for their outstanding service! PS: Though the cost of this semi-annual precision tune up was $610, the entire cost was covered by my Jon Wayne Rescue Club Maintenance plan that I pay $29.90 monthly. This Rescue Plan plan takes all the worry out of maintaining my AC units, while at the same time ensuring they remain in top working condition

    The fellow came in, gave recommendation, explained what needed to be done and allowed me to remove the old existing hot water heater and enclosure. The installation (outdoor model, 1 restroom house with 3 people) was done pretty much where the old heater was so new piping and such were kept to a minimum. This kept the price down to around $3700. They did a great job overall

    Excellent all the way around. The new outdoor tankless heater replaced an outdoor tank heater and used the existing piping for the most part. I did the demo of the old w. heater enclosure which brought the cost down a couple hundred dollars. Marc was very professional and did excellent work. Ms. Sam was wonderful to work with as well. I would definitely hire them again

    Mickey came out to repair the stove, noting that two switches needed to be replaced as the burners were stuck on high. He ordered them, and after rescheduling to a Saturday, came to fix them, saying it would take about 30 min. We had family over, planning to use the kitchen, but since he estimated it would take 30 min, I had him come. It took him 2 and 1/2 hours. Clearly he was struggling with the switch replacement, which he attributed to the switches looking "different". When he turned them back on, one of the burners burned out within a minute. He told me the other one worked fine, but he needed to order another switch to replace the broken one. The next morning I used the burner that he stated was working, and it also burned out within one minute of being turned on. When I let him know, he said he would be by the next day to check on the burners, which had worked fine before he was hired. He never came the next day, and when I called, he told me he didn't feel well. I called and texted him every day for the next two weeks, with no response. I ended up hiring another company, who informed me that the switches had not been wired correctly, which caused both burners to burn out. The repair ended up costing me $900, which was over $600 more than it would have cost to replace the switches correctly. Mickey eventually called back, and told me he was out with Covid. The day after he spent two hours in our kitchen with my stroke survivor husband and immunocompromised son nearby. Not only was he not vaccinated, he told me this was the second time he has had it, and tried to to convince me why the vaccines were bad. As a physician, I almost lost it. He then tried to tell me that he did nothing wrong when he installed the switches, despite the fact that both burners were burned out within a minute of turning on the switches. He was very defensive and inappropriate. Not only did he cause more damage to my stove, costing me over $600 more to repair, he risked the lives of my husband and son. I have no hope of recouping any of the additional money that it took to repair my stove, but wanted to warn others of the extremely poor service I received

    It was awful. I was robbed and he took my money and washer is still needs to be fix. tech contacted me after entering info on my phone on Angi .We made arranagements for an appointment on 071521 at 11 am .At 10:04 got a text tech is on way to my home. Tech arrived and said i needed some type of board after looking at my washer. He made a call and said the board was $330.00 and with labor it would be $480.00 but if I paid cash it would be $450.00.I told him I didn`t have cash and he wanted me to use a cash app and I told him I don`t use those .He said his card reader was messed up .He said he had to drive to Florisville to get money from a lady because the card didn`t work.He drove me to my bank an waited and then drove me back home after I gave him the $450.00 and said he would return in 45m-an hour to get part for the washer and never returned.
