  I really wanted to write a glowing review. I was honestly planning on it, because Albert was so nice to me. His price was reasonable, and the installation and planting was great, but service after the sale and warranty work is non-existent. The crew was very professional, and then Albert explained how my system worked and then walked me through the operation on 6/30 when the job was completed. However, he promised to come back with root stimulator early last week for my Italian cypress trees and never showed and never called. Then, the system had an issue and it was spraying water, so I had to shut it off. He promised to be here 7/16 to fix it, and again, no-call/no show. He then promised to be here on 7/18, and yet again, no-call/no show. That makes three no-call/no-shows in about a week, and my plants are suffering. Albert told me that his dad had a stroke right after the job was finished, but I fail to see where that would affect Albert's ability to text or call when he had arranged it with me. He could have sent his very competent crew, but didn't bother. Another reviewer said Albert never bothered to show up, and the response was "wrong person". I seriously doubt that, because Albert has proven to me to be completely unreliable and flaky. I am disabled, and have trouble standing or walking, yet I had to stand for 2 hours yesterday (7/18) watering plants in the broken zone after he flaked on me FOR THE THIRD TIME. I've already had 3 new plants die, and am now having to look for someone to fix the system that is still supposedly under warranty. You'd think for $3600, Albert would have at least texted to tell me he couldn't make it

  The guys showed up on time and were polite. But buyer beware if you use this company you need to read the details for whatever special they are offering. I called them for the sprinkler tune-up and it turned out to be a trip fee/diagnostic fee and felt less like a tune-up. They very quickly looked over my irrigation system and missed one of the heads that needed to be replaced. I did ask them prior to the work starting if I could pay the initial sprinkler price of $75.00 and call them back since I thought it was overpriced so I could get several other estimates. I was then made aware that I could do that but if I had them come out again it would be an additional $75.00 trip fee plus the repair fee. This definitely rubbed me the wrong way and it felt like a pressure sales tactic. The job entailed 3 sprinker heads needed replacing and a small section of pvc pipe needed to be repaired. I felt the quote was over charged at ($350.00). Why did I still have the work done. In all honesty I just wanted it done and I was already in for 75.00 and they were already there. In conclusion ask lots of questions, they do offer 1 year warranty on the work they do. The worker did replace the one sprinkler head I pointed out that he missed for free (why I gave 3 stars and not 2). Do your research prior to booking this company all the best

  Was contacted by the Owner (Rick) and he sent out a technician Travis Joslin. He was very professional, friendly, and knew his job very well! Since I hadn't used my system in a couple of years he checked everything out and he was honest and let me know that the system was in much better shape than what I thought it was. He only needed to replace a couple of the sprinkler heads and redirect a few more. I had a zone that wasn't providing enough water in one of my zones and needed to get another head installed and I also requested to get Drip lines installed into my flower bed. I made another appointment and Travis came out again; completed the work and I'm very satisfied with how my system is working. I would recommend this company if you're having any issues with your sprinkler system!! The company will return your phone calls, if an appointment is made they will show up on time, and if your tech is Travis expect Outstanding, Quality Work!!! I highly recommend this company and will use them for any sprinkler issue I may have in the future!!

  They installed a irrigation system at my home in the Estates of Rockwell Ranch about three months ago. I did not receive a copy of the five year warranty after multiple requests. Recently I needed repairs and was told they would not be covered under warranty. I just spent over 600.00 on repairs. This company did not stand behind there work for me
