    I'm a bit confused with the labels on this customer satisfaction survey.

    Question on a form asks: How likely are you to recommend [grayed out-company name] to a friend or a colleague? The ten-box rating system from 0 to 10 has the label "Not at all likely" over the number 2, 3, and 4 and the label "Neutral" over the number 8, 9, and 10.
