    Let me start by saying that Rick O. was a God send. My home in League City had a burst pipe during the freeze in February’21, and all of our flooring, baseboards, cabinets, and much of the sheet rock was water damaged beyond any simple fix. Aside from the quality of work Rick’s company performed (complete reflooring, baseboards, cabinetry, sheet rock, electrical, countertops, and on and on) I would say that his experience in the business and his responsiveness were what stood out to me the most. Rick helped me to negotiate with my insurance company on several occasions. He also either answers the phone, or will call you back the same day. The same applies for texts and emails. I can’t tell you how many other contractors I’ve seen over the years ghost you when their job is complete. Rick came back by my house on 2 separate occasions to help me maximize recoverable depreciation, weeks after his crew was done (my insurance company isn’t the friendliest). And the cherry on top was we came out well in the black financially when everything was said and done! Thanks Rick, for all of the off duty calls and texts over what were probably mundane questions. We would have literally been up to our ankles in a flooded home had it not been for your tireless efforts to get our house made whole again (and then some!), and quality custom work

    This is the second time we have worked with Eric and both times our experience has been excellent. After the winter storm, we had extensive damage to the house. Eric and his team promptly started work and stayed in communication through the repair. When we had one of the repairs not up to our satisfaction, Eric made sure to work on it until it was brought up to our expectations. We would recommend Eric for any restoration or renovation jobs!     I wanted to make my house more secure, so I decided to replace my French doors with a sliding glass patio door. I compared three companies, of which Window Pros of Texas was the best choice. None of them were able to get the door installed quickly, due to shortages caused by factory Covid-19 lockdowns, however Window Pros was able to do the installation in six weeks, while the other companies needed 12-14 weeks. As far as price, Window Pros was in the middle. I wanted to know more about the doors they used, so I googled the brand doors, and found that the lowest bidder’s doors had lots of bad reviews, whereas Window Pros’ NT Doors got excellent reviews, and comes with a lifetime warranty, plus Window Pros offers a lifetime warranty on labor! I think Bill may have taken a little more time with the installation than someone else might, but he was a perfectionist, extremely detail-oriented, and did a wonderful job. I love my new patio door and am happy I chose Window Pros of Texas

    Tommy arrived at the appointed time. After a few minutes surveying the situation, Tommy and his helper got right to work. The old garage apt, door was removed without breaking any glass. New doors were installed after some adjustments. The guys cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old doors. Everything fits well and looks great. Yes I happily would use him again

    Excellent work. We wanted a basic fiberglass door with full double opaque glass pane at a modest price. Though he probably works primarily with more elegant design doors, he was most accommodating in meeting our needs. He scheduled installation within the two week time frame we needed. He showed up on time and did a masterful installation job with equally good cleanup upon completion. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone needing his type of workmanship and service

Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did.     The Peraltas Remodeling & Services constructed a beautiful 8-ft fence for my property; replaced attic stairs; repaired sagging sheetrock; taped and floated a section of ceiling; textured and painted the ceiling. They did an amazing job. Prices were competitive. They were careful with my belongings, moving furniture and draping from ceiling to floor to prevent debris and paint from damaging anything and they vacuumed when finished. They arrived early in the morning to work and put full, productive days. The workers were polite and professional and I felt comfortable when home alone with them.     Russell visited with us a couple of times to understand our needs to discuss options, and provided initial estimates. He followed up periodically to ensure that our requirements were being met. Pedro oversaw the work crews and sub-contractors and was extremely diligent in ensuring that the work was being done to our satisfaction. We found the overall quality of the work to be quite good and were very satisfied with the final results. This was a big job and fairly expensive, but while we might have been able to save a little had we subbed out all of the work piecemeal, we found the coordination, planning and work quality provided by All-Tex to be a reasonable value

On the day of the replacement, Gary was prompt, and kept me in the loop every step of the way, and addressed all of my concerns.
