I had a leak in the well that was because of the check valve at the pump. It was decided to install a new pump and check valve since the old pump was 18 yrs. old and the the new pump installed was more efficient with soft start which should take care of some of the torque on start up. He also did some pluming at the tank in addition to the pump replacement. I would highly recommend Christian Hall with Pure Vision Well Service.

Other companies highballed the estimate then expected me to haggle down. Rooter and Sons initial estimate was lower than the others reduced estimates. My only issue was the installer didnâ t arrive until almost 40 minutes after the arrival window and I was the first appointment of the day. Great work, friendly and easy to work with.

I would recommend this company to fix any septic tank repair or install. Ricky and company were knowledgeable, hard working, and answered my numerous questions. He replaced a pipe that had split during the 36 years since the system was installed. It took about 3.5 hours because my septic tank had not been pumped in 36 years had to be done. Ricky had that taken care of. However, my yard was a mess afterwards and still is. Ricky told me the clay would sink when it rained. Sink it did. Where the initial hole was sunk six inches. The entire area sunk four inches and when I went out there today to put soil on the dug up area, I sunk at least two inches just walking on it. I put 150 quarts of soil out today and will probably need the same amount to complete the fix. Planning to get another 150 quarts tomorrow and sew the grass seed. Already had the bail of straw.

I have to be honest, I have been selfishly putting off leaving this review because I didn't want everyone knowing what a gem Edwin from PK Plumbing is. Edwin has come to our rescue WAY too often in the past year or so. Most recently, we had a massive leak in our crawl space which had apparently been going on for a long time before the pipe totally split. Edwin squeezed us in to come out and get the leak sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days because as he fixed one area, another would spring a leak. (Darned aging Polybutylene piping!)
Edwin is extremely professional and definitely knows what he is doing. He is honest and friendly and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg like some companies would. We are fortunate to have found him and hope that he stays in business for a long time to come. I am pretty sure we will have to utilize him on a regular basis as the piping slowly fails in our house. (Unless we win the lottery to get all the pipes replaced in one fell swoop! We can hope! :D)

Adam was very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He came to repair a newly installed faucet that he found was not installed correctly by another company. He came in and immediately assessed the issue, and went right to work. He explained what he found was wrong, and fixed immediately. I am sure I will use his service for other plumbing issues, or projects in the future.

I've reworked a lot of plumbing and set some new filtration systems, replaced a busted pressure tank (with a T to add a second pressure tank), and now trying to set a new 50/70 Square D well pressure switch to 60/80, but the adjustments just don't seem to lock in, even with the bladder pressure tank adjusted up to 50psi (came precharged at 38). The cut in amount seems to be about 35 or 40, and the cut off tops off around 80. So really just need someone to trouble shoot if there is some other issue and/or to simply set the pressure switch correctly.
