Santana Construction is a FANTASTIC company to work with!!! We talked with Victor Santana about what we needed done and agreed on a price and a date to do the job. He and his team arrived on time, completed the job of hanging some large mirrors, a large painting and several pictures as well as assembled 3 bookcases and anchored them to the wall and hung a laundry room shelf. Everything was done professionally and they cleaned up all debris from the job when they were done. These guys are fantastic an we will definitely hire them again!

donald ellison of GQ appliance repair came on time, diagnosed problem- bad shock absorbers in washing machine caused it to go out of balance and stop working. he verified that he could get them the next day,so i paid parts and diagnosis.
returned next day , installed shocks and washer is working with good spin and no out of balance. excellent worker and former army vet. I am delighted with his work and gladly recommend him. [additionally paid installation cost and now have a 90 day quarantee,

Gutters were cleaned completely and debris moved as directed. I didn't talk about adjoining roof debris and it was left so it will wash into newly cleaned gutters but I didn't request it so my fault.

Very very pleased with the whole experience. Mind you this was a rental home we have and the tenant was there for the appointment. While we had to wait 2 weeks as Troy was very busy it was worth it. Troy was very proactive to respond to my texted questions and it is evident that he was genuinely concerned about my repair and having it done right. His communication was fantastic, and follow thru just as great. I felt his labor cost was a little more per hour then I expected I still gave it 5 stars. Why? I feel it was worth it to feel confident that the repair would be done right the first time and I would know what was going on at all times. Troy as quick, efficient and as I said, communicated everything via phone with me each step of the way.
My tenant commented on how polite he was, how he was courteous and informative when she asked questions and she felt he was very honest and forthright. What more can you ask for in an appliance repair person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TROY. Keep his number on hand.
