Universal Heating and Cooling installed a new central air conditioning unit in my home two days after I called them. They were prompt and courteous and did a professional job at a reasonable price. If I have HVAC problems again I will call them.

Jeff Flynn came out on a Saturday morning when my furnace went out and it was 24 degrees. He did not charge emergency/weekend rates, arrived promptly, and efficiently fixed the problem. He came recommended by a neighbor, and I am very appreciative!

Mike was helpful and quick. Had to navigate the maintenance service recommendation for an additional $100 but can t blame somebody for trying the good ole up sell. Thet addressed the issue and handled some duct work I needed done as well. Quick, fair price and quality work.

Last night I called another heating and air company out to check out my A/C unit that had not been working for a few days. I was told what was wrong with it and that the part alone was $650.00. Because our unit(s) are over 25 years old, we were talked into a new furnace and air conditioner for $6,200.00. We bit the bullet and accepted. Later last night I started to wonder just how much that company was going to make off of me. For starters, the needed part was NO WHERE near $650.
This morning I called EQS. I spoke with Mike and he headed my way. Mike confirmed my worries. The part was not that much and I did not need new units. Within a few hours, we were up and running again. The house cooled down really fast and Mike saved me $6,000.00. (That's with him knowing ahead of time what I was originally quoted and about to do) His honesty and compassion has made me a customer for life
