Turned my furnace on, and cold air blew! Looked here on Home Advisor for a top rated pro, and called Unique. They were here within 2 days (it was not that cold out, so it was not urgent). Joe was thorough in is investigation and was kind enough to explain everything he was doing, so I understood. He did not have the part to fix it right then, so they had to order it and come back. He and Rico came back for the repair and both were very nice and knowledgeable. I feel confident with their work, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I feel the price is a little high, but they warranty their work and seem to have very skilled workers, so I think it is worth the peace of mind. Also, all the office staff on the phone were great to deal with as well.

Mr Bey is very processional. He arrived when he said he would. A full explanation of the problem was provided. Mr. Bey informed me of the cost invoiced for each part installed and explained why needed. He did not leave until the unit was working properly -- he continued to work in the pouring rain under an umbrella. Truly dedicated to his trade. I would definitely recommend him.

This was the best company I ever in all my life .i have had nothing but bad experiences in the past .These guys were the best I can't believe they did this work in 4 hours and cleaned up I didn't have a big mess they took away the trash I am shocked. Integrity! We were told by a major company that we needed a whole new a/c unit. We asked neighbors for recommendations and Georges name came up. We called him for a quote on a new a/c install. So great, he is so knowledge and truly is an expert. He came and diagnosed the problem and fixed the AC right away. We had others come a month before, rip us off and the AC wasn't even fixed. He is very nice, courteous, professional and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend will definitely be using him for our yearly maintenance of the unit
