  Gary Carmen (owner) was always very professional,&nbsp;courteous,&nbsp;responsive&nbsp;to phone calls. <br /> He (and his assistant) charge fairly; he charges by the hours they actually put into the job. <br /> He did an excellent job rebuilding our bridge and, by replacing the old treated pine with cedar, it's better than the original. <br /> The cedar siding job on the house also looks great and gives a very professional finish to our home. <br /> I was glad that Gary was willing to take on this smaller job since his company does all types of larger home&nbsp;remodeling and building projects

  Gary and his team did a great job turning our unfished basement into a versatile living space. We went into the project with a solid idea of what we wanted, but not all of the details. Gary listened to our overall plan and made some really good design suggestions; especially about the bar area. What was just an open space with cement floor, is now a great entertainment room, custom bar with kitchen appliances, workout area, bedroom, full bath, and sizable storage space. His team was extremely efficient, completing the job in 2.5 months. He also installed a backsplash in our kitchen while he was here. Gary is a true professional, who I'd definitely recommend to others

  After living in our house for 10 years, we had been looking to repair our leaking roof and cover the deteriorating wood paneling on the outside of our house. We started our search at the 2019 Pittsburgh Home and Garden show. We met with a few roofing companies and decided to go HomePro Remodelers. Roberto met with my wife and I and explained the process of replacing the roof. After signing with them, they got started quickly. The crew that replaced the roof were very professional and courteous. They did a good job with the roof and cleaned up the area before they left. The crew leader Marvin was very easy to talk too and answered any questions as they came up. This year we went through the process of meeting with different companies to get quotes to put vinyl siding on the house. After meeting with Roberto, we decided to go with HomePro Remodelers again since they did a good job on the roof. The day after signing up with them, they were already bringing over equipment. Once again it was Marvin’s crew who did siding, and they did not disappoint. They were courteous and entertained any of our questions. They cleaned up the worksite and the house looks great. After 2 separate jobs with Roberto and Marvin’s crew I would highly recommend HomePro Remodelers

  Last fall, we began looking for a deck builder. We found Goetz Contracting, Inc on Angie’s List. After looking at their website, we contacted 4 deck builders. Michael Goetz was timely and responsive to all communication,and he was direct with what they could do and could not do.. From the reviews and pictures of their work, we decided to wait to have them build our deck and get on their list. Michael came out and spent the necessary time to listen to what we wanted and gave us some helpful recommendations as well. Last week, they came Tuesday AM and finished our 15’x20’ Trex deck on Friday afternoon. The crew was experienced and conscientious. Our deck looks amazing! It looks exactly what we intended it to be when we designed it. It is well made and is of high quality. The black wrought iron spindles, white Trex wrapping, and lighting put it over the top! At the end, Goetz Contracting, Inc wanted us to be 110% happy - they came back to do some very minor adjustments the very same day I called them. We really liked how the the black iron spindles looked and ask if they could change out the railing on the front porch. They said absolutely and had that replaced within the week! We are extremely happy with our experience with Goetz Contracting, Inc. We definitely would use them again

With every project, there are a few challenges, but we were able to work through all of them quickly and smoothly so the project was completed in a timely manner. There was constant communication throughout the project so everything was addressed when it needed to be. We can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work performed by these folks and we will definitely consider them again for future projects.
