We have been working with Todd Willoughby since early in 2018. We had purchased a piece of land along the Chesapeake Bay and wanted to build a small but thoughtfully designed contemporary garden cottage for our retirement. After speaking with a number of architects we chose Todd and we have been very happy with that decision. Over several months, we worked have closely with him through the several design phases, culminating in a very complete set of construction documents, that we are now using for bidding. Throughout the process, we have found Todd to be personable, smart, perceptive and creative. He has been able to translate our ideas into working drawings that one of the contractors noted was called the most detailed he has ever seen. Todd has captured our vision for an environmentally friendly house with solar and rainwater harvesting. We have met with him many times talk through the many details, choices, and constraints you inevitably face. He has done all the coordination needed with the other specialties the engineers, surveyor, and solar energy firm. Having enjoyed this first part of the collaboration, we are hiring Todd to help us through the bid evaluations and construction admin phases. The best recommendation would be our actual house, but until we get there we can say Todd has done an excellent and professional job getting us this far, and we look forward to working with him through to a completed project.

Scott is one genius architect, super helpful, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He's always there for you. He designed a home addition for us which turned into a landmark by so many onlookers. It's not easy project given the existing awkward design of the split-level. But he made it possible inside out. He's super thoughtful and pays close attention to every single inch of details. We're super happy with Scott's work and can't speak highly enough about him and his work. We absolutely recommend.

Our 40-year old home has developed several interior and exterior cracks over the years. I hired Design Depictions to understand their causes and make sure we do not have a structural (e.g. foundation) problem before addressing the cosmetic issues. Michael spent far more time than I expected discussing, reviewing, and analyzing these issues. One of the cracks formed in my daughterâs room shortly after we renovated the house in 2008. The architect and builder were not able to diagnose the issue on this non-weight-bearing wall, but Michael came up with an explanation very quickly based on the location of the wall relative to the joists. Itâs so nice to have this mystery finally solved! Michael followed up the meeting with a detailed analysis describing the causes and remedies for the cracks he observed. I couldnât be more pleased with Design Depictions. I will definitely recommend and use their services again.

My spouse and I hired Professional Engineer Paul Parsoneault who performed a fantastic job for us on a long term complex home engineering project. Paul brings a wealth of engineering experience as both a retired former leader within the Army Corps of Engineers, and much additional engineering experience beyond that, which was readily apparent from our initial meeting forward. Throughout the project we found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, punctual, reliable, reasonable, and a solid professional in working with us on our project, which under his guidance and direction, led to a project completion that exceeded our expectations. As a retired federal employee and having supervised employees in my career who were held to a high standard of performance expectation, I would have without hesitation rated Paul "Achieved Excellence" (the highest rating possible) and submitted him for a QSI award for his performance. Frank Roscoe was great! He was extremely thorough for the structural inspection of a home we are considering purchasing. He spent several hours investigating the home and explained everything along the way. I really appreciated the time he spent to make sure we understood what he saw and solutions for the concerns that he discovered.
I learned quite a bit about the house and how important the roof and gutters are to the health of the foundation.

Adam, from Structural Engineering Solutions, was thorough, meticulous, and professional. He took his time explaining the cause of the problem and the available options to fix the issue. Turns out my contractor had misdiagnosed the issue. Adam provided great advice on the parts of the project I could do myself and the parts that were best left to a contractor. Felix came to my home to install 3 low profile electrical outlets underneath my dry bar cabinets this morning. I have under cabinet outlets under my kitchen cabinets, so I wanted them in the dry bar area also. Felix was punctual and professional. He did a great job in installing my stainless steel outlets. Felix did some upgrades to my other electrical outlets in my basement area also. I had taken estimates from other electricians, but Three Brothers Services, LLC offered the most affordable prices for my project. I would definitely recommend this electrical service to friends and family.
