Daryl contact me on Friday morning, I told him that i had a leak in the roof. He immediately schedule a visit for the afternoon. Upon his afternoon visit, he explain and show me the problem on the roof and told me that he can fix it either the next day or Monday morning. He call me the next day to confirm that he will be able to fix the problem that day. As he promise on Saturday the problem was fixed, he took pictures and share it with me, also, i went up to the roof to see the final work. We are very please and impress with his professionalism and customer service. In summary, I was very impressed with the fast response time and excellent work ethic of the owner (Daryl). Within a day I had the work done in my roof.
Extremely accessible and professional. Daryl showed a personal interest in the job from get-go to completion.
Completely agree with all other reviews and I highly recommend their services and definitely willuse their services in all my further roofing needs. Thank you very much for your prompt response and great services!

I hired new start roofing for my mother in laws town home. Carlos the general manager came to do the estimate and walked us through the steps of the roof project. He was upfront with us about the estimate and the condition the current roof was in. We then hired New Start Roofing to start on the work for the roof. I have not seen for a while a company that goes beyond the scope of the work to make sure that everything comes out perfect. The smallest details that I did not notice, New Start Roofing would point them out to me and make sure it would be perfect before the final inspection. The owner Raysi was there with her employess from day one and on to make sure it all went well. I am very happy with the work and outcome of our roof project. It is not easy to find a reputable company in Miami that does outstanding work at a reasonable price.
