Sean was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We originally hired him for what seemed to be some (relatively minor) bad wood around our door. It turned out some of the damage was to structural elements (much bigger issue). Sean was great: letting us know exactly how he was going to handle the issue, what the cost would beâ in detailâ and taking all the appropriate steps to do the job right and with high quality. Sean was very responsive to our questions through the whole process and kept us updated on progress each day he was on site. At the end of the job things came in costing less than the estimate Sean had provided. There were a few schedule changes/slight delays during the project which could have been communicated more proactively- but this was really not a big deal- as mentioned earlier, Sean responded promptly to any and all questions we had. We would definitely hire him again for another project.

I worked with John Abbott to replace my roof.
He did a great job. We had both shingle and steel roof put on and it looks great. John stepped me through each process and pointed out issues that needed repair and repaired them. I had two issues upon completion and they were corrected the next day.
Now I have the best roof in the neighborhood.
I recommend anyone who needs a roof call John.

Installers were prompt and preformed the roof installation with the knowledge of skilled craftsmen. Excellent job with clean up. Other than a outstanding looking roof. We couldn't tell they were there. The sales person, Tom, was on site the whole time and kept me abreast of how job was progressing. I would recommend Remodeling MD for your next project.

I had HAVC work done on the home and some of the shingles on the roof had to be removed around my faux chimney. FAM roofing was the second quote that I had.
The repairs were done in a short period of time, the shingles replaced matched the existing ones and the workers wore face masks and practiced social distancing when it was necessary. I recommend this company to family and friends.
