Great Company! Super Team! Totally awesome from start to finish. The quote that Sid gave me for my new impact windows was much lower than another company quoted. Sid was very knowledgable and courteous and made the initial visit very comfortable. Greg who measured and led the team of installers definitely knew what he was doing as there were no problems encountered during installation. Joel and Ali, who finished up the installer's team couldn't have been more meticulous with their work. Overall, everyone made the experience comfortable and a real pleasure. Anderson Installations truly strives to make sure the customer is happy with all of the aspects of new window installation. I definitely couldn't be happier with the finished product!

Ari and his team replaced the entire old siding on my house with fiber cement siding, painted it, power washed and cleaned the gutters, replace exterior flood lights and also replaced my fence and back gate. Although this was a lot of work their price was very reasonable and very competitive.
They arrived on time every day, worked diligently and completed the job on time. The quality of the work is excellent. They were also very respectful of our time and property and never left a mess, I was very pleased I did not have to micro manage them. I will 100% recommend them and will also use them again for any of my house repair/improvement needs.

The great sign of a business is how they handle mistakes caught by the customer. This company went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the end results. They had about 75% of my house painted before we realize the color was off. Once the mistake was identified, the company did not hesitate to purchase gallons of new paint and finished the painting in a day. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Universal Window Direct because they had a great price, local company and good reviews from other customer. They were very cooperative with scheduling and coordinating our installation. Sales Manager Ray and Team lead Mike were awesome to work with. The crew worked efficient while dealing with intermittent rain just prior to a holiday break. The only issue in quality of work was not entirely Universal Windows fault. The removal of our old windows was difficult due to the thinness of the glass so several pieces of glass wound up on the ground. I felt the crew could have done a better job cleaning this up. We have animals that walk in these areas so payed close attention to ensure none of them were injured. Only mentioned it so other customers can watch for a similar issue. Very happy with the experience and we love our new windows.

Of all the estimates that I got for the replacement of 12 vinyl windows they were the best. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want, like the others did and their prices were unbeatable. All the work was the most professional that I have ever seen and they were here when they said they would be, once the windows arrived from factory. Ken promptly called me to set up installation date. Outstanding work.
