It was a pleasure to have Raul repair the tile in my shower. From the initial conversation (where we discussed the issue and he provided an estimate) to the final one (where I paid him a very reasonable price for the services rendered), he was polite and professional. He arrived precisely on time both days and respected social distancing (important in these times) while performing the repairs. The quality of the work was excellent. My shower now looks like new and there is no evidence that it has been repaired.
For reasonable pricing and highest quality work, I highly recommend Punch Renovation and Construction.
I plan to call Raul for other jobs as the need arises.

What can I say... not enough. Mike Lannigan takes pride in his work. He gave my 15 year old townhome, which I had been renting out, a much-needed facelift including repainting, re-carpeting, plumbing, misc. repairs, tiling, exterior bay window repair, and even a deep clean. He is honest, prompt in work time and responses. Not only is he thorough and professional in his business ethic, but also is a caring person. The project was challenging. A shifting roof load caused an exterior log wall to bulge resulting in serious structural issues. What impressed me about Josiah Robey and Strong Construction was the firm s emphasis on quality repairs. He went the extra mile to diagnose the problems and resolve them. He takes the time to help the homeowner understand what he is doing and why. On time. On budget. Meets expectations. I would not hesitate to work with his company again.

Mission Windows and Remodeling assisted me with purchasing and installing new French doors that included a doggie door, which is not easy to find. David and Robin replaced the trim around both of my garage doors due to water damage/rot. They used vinyl trim, flashed, caulked, and repainted everything. David also walked around my house with me and pointed out several other areas of concern. He made it clear he was not trying for extra business since he had plenty. He mainly just wanted me to be aware of steps I could take to prevent future headaches and protect my house.
Due to David's workmanship and professionalism, I am requesting a quote from him for the additional work.

We were in desperate need of a new deck. The deck we had was original to the house and in rough shape. It was becoming a safety hazzard for our 2 young kids. With construction prices being the way they are we weren't sure we could even get it fully replaced, but we needed to do something. With Stephen we were able to fully replace our deck, and they did an amazing job. Now our family can enjoy being outside more. We will definitely be using them in the future!
