" The subgrade crawl space and exterior cinder block foundation wall of our 65-year old house was deteriorating to the point where it was structurally unsound.  This area contains our hot water heater, whole house water filter, sump pump, and water, sewer, HVAC, and dryer lines and pipes. An independent structural engineer inspected and prepared a detailed remediation recommendation. Over a 6-week period, despite harsh winter weather, BTL Homes did a complete rebuild of the exterior wall, installed ceiling supports and a new sump pump, rebuilt the steps into the space, and waterproofed and installed exterior drains. We were able to stay in our home during this project. They did an excellent job remediating the cellar and responded to our requests for additional clean-up to the surrounding area that had been disturbed by the excavation and construction.
