I have dealt with many contractors in my life. I found Libra to be very experienced and professional. They were punctual and did an excellent job replacing my sidewalk. I thoroughly enjoyed working with these guys. I was down with the flu, and don't live in the building that needed the service. The last thing I wanted was to leave my bed. So they came to me! The work they did was top of the line, yet the price very competitive. Not only do I like these guys, I appreciate them. I will definitely use them again. And, I highly recommend them.

I hired Shaun to Sheetrock and paint a small bathroom ceiling that had one small area that was damaged. I was going to do just the damaged area but he advised to do the entire ceiling. I agreed to this. It is a rental property, so I was not on the premises. Midway through the work he said his worker plastered over part of the wall that was damaged and said now I have to paint the walls. Of course he was going to charge me for this. I said, this was not in our agreement and you should have asked me first. He said he was doing me a favor. This is not a favor. It is a favor when there is no extra charge. Contractors cannot take the liberty of doing what they want. He said then he can remove the plaster he put on, but I didnt think he could do it without messing up the wall, so I had to go along with it. Had we discussed the wall from the beginning , I could have made an informed decision. I did not appreciate him getting upset with me. He was totally wrong. The wall looked okay, so I decided to go along and pay for the painting also to avoid the mess of them removing. He then asked me to give him a five rating. Are you kidding? Then he said he rates the customers. Who cares? I am not worried. I am tired of contractors taking advantage and think they can get away with these sort of business tricks to make more money.

Manuel was very easy to work with. I had another contractor that left the job unfinished and said my patio could not be repaired. Manuel came and assessed the situation and finished the repairs. The results are great. The price he charged was fair. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Kamran and his team powerwashed, re-pointed, and resealed the facade of my house. They also repainted my weathered trim. They are professional, on time and on budget, and can get the job done without any issues. They cleaned up after they left, and the work looks great.
Kamran is friendly and responsive, and you will feel like you are kept in the loop during the whole process. I would hire Hi Tech again for the future projects around my home.
