Mike P. and I met early Monday to design the steps and this was the most important part of the project. At this time, we determined the height, width and depth of each step and where the step abuts the existing wall. This ensured that we were both understood the project.
The work was substantially complete by Tuesday and I met up with the contractors at the end of day. There was some minor clean up that could have been done to make the area look better but I told the contractors not to power wash for fear of spraying the neighbors etc.
The workers came back on Friday to complete the flagstone cutting and fitting and leveling.
Overall an excellent job, the trash removal could have been better hence I am dinging them half a point. I can clean up some of the cement chunks myself.
The job was completed for significantly under every other bid by as much as $1000. Most contractors wouldn't even bid.

I was completely and totally satisfied with the amazing service and support from RoofER. I contacted Oliver on Friday afternoon and he sent out Rees on Saturday to look at a siding replacement I needed on my home. Rees did a full inspection of the house and offered to take care of the work for half of the closest estimate I had from 5 other contracting company. Mike contacted me on Monday and within an hour Hector was at my home on a rainy day to do the work. I blinked my eyes and Hector was done and matched the siding almost to the original vinyl siding. RoofER was fantastic and I plan to refer them to my neighbors and have them out for future work (windows, roof, etc.) in the future. Thank you team RoofER!

Liberty assisted with an insurance claim for hail damage to our roof and gutters. The roof, gutters and downspouts were replaced as scheduled, with materials requested, in an excellent manner. We loved working with Cosmo builders on our new custom home construction
The cosmo team and their sub were very professional, patient & helpful on every step of the process starting from first estimating, understanding of our budget needs, customization of the finishing materials, Fixtures choice based on our budget.
also they were a great advisor for me during the process on the selection of materials, design, colors and electrical fixtures. moreover, they created a modern and customized beautiful bathrooms and kitchen that was just what we wanted.
despite that, the crews were very polite, technical and passion for the quality work.
with help of our contractor cosmo builders, we have unique house floor plan and a clean interior house design while the building process took little bit more time than normal! but it's okay because we end with satisfaction,
We have been extremely happy with the quality and craftsmanship. I definitely recommend cosmo to anyone who are looking for right contractor to redesign/build or manage residential project,and i hope to work gain with them soon on our third investment project in the future again.

Echoing other reviews here: Care Contracting was super responsive to all of our inquiries, from the initial quote to all the changes we made after a period of postponing the project, and a really helpful call where we talked through multiple options. Felt very informed about the process/pricing, and the timline and final contract mirrored what was discussed. Crew was really nice and on time, and cleaned up really well. Really pleased with the results, doors are amazing! If we ever decide to replace additional doors we'd certainly hire them again.

This entire company- including the workers, crew leader, project mgr... were kind, sharp, professional, communicative, and they truly aimed to please. The crew took great care into the fine details. Every little question, clarification, issue, and request that we made to them was truly completed to perfection. They did a great job. Also we got a superior value. Other siding companies that we got quotes from had quoted us a higher price, without including our other exterior needs. (C3 fixed an issue with our gutters, the screen on our porch, the trim on our garage...) C3 did it all. We got a great value. I'd highly recommend these guys and I plan to use them again for our next project.
