I am very glad that I hired Next Level Roofing. They worked hard and stayed to the bid price. But more than that, I felt like Jose treated my roof like it was his own home. They did a lot of small details that weren't in the bid but added to the quality of their work and the beauty of the overall product. I would gladly hire them again but thankfully I have only one roof and with the quality work they did, I suspect that it'll be standing for a long time.

Nelson and his crew finished our basement, we could not be more pleased with the quality of work, their respectfulness, and professionalism. They completed on time and within their quote. The final product is beautiful and we will enjoy it for many years to come. We plan to call them whenever the need arises. Outstanding service, that about sums this experience up. We couldn't have asked for a better partner as we searched for the replacement for our very rare decra roof. Where every other contractor failed (we asked half a dozen), Maria, Hernan and their team came through in a big way.
They listened to the problem and went to work to find a match. When they did, they acted as our advocate to the supplier and got us what we believe is the best price.
Their bid was fair and not only did they do an excellent job with the roof, they also worked tirelessly, through challenging weather, to go the extra mile. They removed the unnecessary legacy artifacts from the roof like 3 extra layers of roof previously installed, but also stepped up to help remove the swamp cooler and the chimney stub, even on the inside.
Everything people told us was difficult, they got it done without overcharging us. We love these guys and consider them our friends just because of how pleasant they were to work with.
We hope we never have roofing challenges again, but if we do, we would hire them in a flash!!
