  Frank's crew which included Memo, John and a couple other workers removed 10 large arborvitae and shrubs that were overgrown and also removed an area of day lilies. They then planted 6 new arborvitae, 2 burning bushes and created a perennial garden in the center of the area. They also trimmed all the remaining trees and shrubs. They installed a double layer of railroad ties at the back of the landscaping to prevent erosion that had been taking place, added fabric and red raven around the trees and mushroom manure and mulch around the perennials.. Everything was cleaned up and watered and it looks gorgeous! They also leveled an area of patio bricks that were uneven

  This company did my mowing and “lawn maintenance” for spring /summer/ fall of 2019. The plan was for weekly mowing, weed whacking a sloped area every 2 weeks, and doing some bushwhacking ( pushing back rough weeds from one property border) several times over the summer. First of all, the bushwhacking never happened. The weed whacking of the sloped area was done sporadically, although I was being charged for it every other week. At times this area was knee high growth before it would get cut. I started to hand write on their invoices what work was done and what wasn’t, and would adjust my payment accordingly. I started to take photos to support why I wasn’t paying the full invoice. I tried to contact them via phone, voicemail, text, and email. No one every responded. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone

  We had to Redo a wall that was not built properly by a previous contractor and turned to Randy. We could not be more pleased with that decision. Randy took every step to make sure the wall was done right regardless of how much extra work it took to do so. No corners were cut to ensure the wall will last.   I was in dire need need of hiring a company to build a 2 tier retaining wall and placing boulders around my property. My yard was falling and I was concerned that there would be damage to my house. Also, I had issues with random people parking in my lawn for convenience. Due to the location of the work that needed done (on a busy street against a steep hill), no one wanted to take the job. But Jeff Ungerman and his team saved the day. Jeff sent Tom out to meet with us and I was impressed from day one. Tom was not just on time, but a little early (which always impresses me). He was polite and informative of my options. I informed Tom of my budget and needs and he assured me he would relay the information to the owner. A few days later I got a response from Jeff (the owner) that he unfortunately could not stay within my budget due to rising prices and supply issues due to covid. But he never gave up on the project. After quite a lot of emails, Jeff went over every option he could come up with and we finally came up with a solution. His team was there the day after the contract was signed. His team was fast, efficient, and very professional. Jeff was there also, working right along side his crew. When the job was done, me and my husband were more than happy with the finished product.   I'm very pleased how the new patio Tony installed turned out. There were delays and it took longer than expected, but as I found out there were things out of his control. We are currently living in different times. There were delays because materials were not shipped, but it was because of the limited number of drivers that were available. I did my homework, and it was a factor. Dealing with help being available was another factor. Tony did his best and performed most of the work himself. He was dealing with a lot, but pushed through it all. So I was unhappy because I felt the affects of what he was dealing with, but Tony was professional and easy to work with on whatever we wanted to design. Other companies that we met with wanted to force their design which frustrated us because they didn't want to hear or work with the design we provided. Tony offered suggestions when asked but drove the design we provided him. Tony did great work and very fair pricing. We also found other companies were price-gouging and wanted to charge a lot more for providing a lot less. Not only did Tony do a wonderful job on the patio installation, but he made sure the rest of the yard was fixed (better than when he started) and meshed with the new patio like it was there for years. I'm very please with the work he did and I'm already thinking of another project where I could use his services.
