  Lisa was fantastic. I interviewed several companies, and chose Lisa. Lisa and another person came on time and immediately started. I was surprised to find them on their hands and knees scrubbing every room in the house. She cleaned the baseboards, air vents, fans and walls. It is fair to say that every inch of the house was given attention by Lisa. I highly recommend her. I can't wait to have her back. I've already scheduled my next appointment.   First time, Mary worked very hard and did great job. Today, without telling me, she sent a crew of three women who spoke no English. They did not follow my instructions which I had tried to give in English, high school Spanish, by phone translation, and by pointing. One of them broke the handle of my antique hand mirror in the bathroom but just left the pieces and said nothing. She could have translated on the phone. One was washing the wood floors with a wet mop; I gave her a dry mop to dry them. I really don't know what they did in the rooms except I could see vacuum marks on the one rug and they tidied up one bedroom. They did NOT wash the kitchen floor or even move the table to get dog fur and crumbs out from under the table feet. That is the area most needing cleaning in any house. In spite of my asking them to not do the counters in the kitchen, one of them did, including microwave and stove top, which I do all the time. Mary (who had hurt her arm) did not tell me she was sending a crew. I should have said NO when they showed up and found I couldn't speak English with them. They did not overcharge for their TIME (about $33 per hour per person) but their work was not on target. The recommendations on this site do not line up with my experience today
