The installers worked very hard, they did an excellent neat installation, and cleaned up their mess, however they made an error that made the A/C go out that night and left my house 84 degrees, not good! I called them, they sent a service man out right away, he corrected the problem in 15 minutes, very good! Anyone can make an error, but they fixed the problem immediately, and apologized profusely, that is a reputable company! I would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely your best choice for a local A/C company. Being new to Naples, I needed to find a reputable, competent and reasonably priced HVAC service. At first I fell prey to that radio ad carnival barker for the $29 tune up. The guy in the Yellow truck shows up, says everything that needed to be cleaned was extra. Then tried to sell me a $10,000 AC unit for a small 1800 sq ft house. I through him out and told him if he stepped foot on my property again I would have him trespassed and arrested. Fast forward to today. My A/C unit is old, but working. It started leaking from the attic. Thanks to Comfort, they discovered it was caused by a clogged drain pipe on the ground as a result of some recent pressure washing nearby. The system and the attic were dried out, the drain pipe unclogged and all is well. A little over a hundred bucks later. Comfort came back when there was some residual dripping. It was taken care of...no charge. Being from NY, I trust hardly anyone. Comfort is one of those rare exceptions. They are fair and honest. A rare commodity these days. And they have me as a lifelong customer. If you need A/C work done, I highly recommend them. This review was unsolicited and totally honest from my own experience

Tyler installed our new central air conditioning unit. He is knowledgeable, personable and was responsive to all our needs which included a very tight schedule for completion.
