I was so pleased. This vendor contacted me, said he would be out and came within the time he said he would. He looked at the air conditioner, figured out the issue and fixed it immediately. He didn't try to give me an exaggerated explanation of the problem. My air conditioner is working fine now!

Keith came on a sweltering Saturday and knew exactly what to do. He had a long drive and I appreciate his taking the time to help us out!
