My wife and I have used kefficient before when we were having issues with our basement. They did an awesome job for us before, so when we decided to encapsulate our crawl space we knew exactly who to use. Mr. Ellis and his professional crew installed a gas pipe line so we could switch from an electric glass cooktop that chipped and cracked to a more efficient gas cooktop. They also installed the cooktop. We found Mr. Ellis to be knowledgeable, efficient, dependable and ready to explain all aspects of the process. We intend to hire The Plumbing Professionals for future projects. We are 100% satisfied.

Once I found out the warranty company wasn't going to fix/replace my unit. Howardaire took no time to get it up and running again. The repair men were very respectful,nice and cleaned up after themselves.

I honestly don't know if I can express how impressed I was with Jim Hays and Co. I based my decision solely on the reviews from the company that had a LARGE number of reviews and the 9 that were submitted on Jim's company. I did not see a single complaint over pricing, all the reviews were positive and reassuring. We lost power to the heat pump leaving the inside of our house warmer than the outside temp.
I called Jim's number and explained all the steps I took to eliminate and troubleshoot on my own. The fuse in the handler was good, breakers were good too, everything looked good from a non HVAC professionals point of view. Jim gave me Jeff's number, his son. I called Jeff and gave him the down and dirty. He was at a job and could get to us in the evening, he was in the middle of installing a unit when I called. I then rec'd a text from Jeff stating that he can meet me at our house at 2:00 instead of 5:00 as we agreed upon, that is HUGE in my book, earlier than later. When I got home, he was already diagnosing the problem, running up into the attic and me following. I asked him if I could listen to what he was explaining to Taylor, she has been with the company learning for, I think about 3 years. That was impressive, not being thrown into the fire like other HVAC companies after the tech "graduates" from HVAC school out there trying to sell upgrades that really aren't needed. I asked for some business cards so I could keep, good, honest and fair companies are hard to find. Jeff figured out what the problem was, the "idiot", me, who installed the thermostat 2.5 years ago, cut the red "hot" line by mistake when I installed the thermostat. Jeff in a matter of minutes performed magic, replaced the faceplate, ran up in the attic and twisted wires, replaced the wire nuts and all of a sudden the unit kicked on. We went outside and he tested the pressure, and explained what his displays were showing him. At no point did he give the classic upcharge line of, "you need freon", being truthful and honest will win me over every time. I have never had such a pleasant experience in my life! My last house in Winchester I paid for freon and then they told me I have a crack in the copper. EES&CE Inc will be coming out to repair our gas fireplace in the fall. They were a joy to have them in our house this afternoon. I plan on using them for other repairs I care not to take on. I know I rambled on raving about Jim and Jeff but you WILL NOT be disappointed by selecting them over the other contractors in the area. Jeff's professionalism won me over and will win you over too.

It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. If you're looking for an all-around Handyman who is honest, affordable, and does excellent work, look no further than Mr. Estevez.

First I had a great experience with Sandy, the receptionist. She is great to talk to, very helpful and knowledgeable.
When Ernesto came to remove the old and install the new toilet he had everything ready what was needed. He advised to replace the old water shutoff valve which was very much needed. In the utility room he checked the water heater and more shutoff valves and he found a leaking pipe. I knew already that the water heater needed to be replaced. Since Ernesto had the time I let him do it the same day plus some shutoff valves. I like it when everything gets fixed what needs fixing. I still have some future plumbing work for him, which are not so urgent. I am very satisfied with his work.
