I called Bath Fitter after seeing all the commercials and wanted to do a custom upgrade to make one of our showers bigger, if possible. Jerry came out for the estimate and was so nice and helpful! He said it would fit no problem and even gave me a couple ideas and recommendations on what he thought would look great. I also needed it done before Christmas and he got me a great schedule date the 1st week of Dec. I even called Steve the day before to see if I could add a grab bar, even though it was so last minute, and he said he'd send a couple options no problem! Jason was my awesome installer - he called me when on his way to my house, brought floor runners to protect the carpet, was so courteous and prompt, and I was very impressed with him. When he finished, the shower looked AMAZING and even better than I imagined it would! I was also happily surprised that in making my shower bigger it made the space look even bigger than before. I LOVE MY CUSTOM SHOWER and would highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you to everyone at Bath Fitter for a beautiful product and excellent service!!

Would recommend. They did a retro install for our 40 year old HVAC system. Since our system was so old, some of the existing tubing and electrical was not up to standard. They tried to do as minimal demolition to make things work. They cleaned up well afterwards too. This was a challenging install and they still were able to install both untold with additional work in under 6 hours.

I hired Dwight to put in a road, and R.V. Pad at our property in Davenport. Dwight is very professional, and knowledgable in regards to his craft. The road was 800' long x 12' wide, with a 60' x 200' RV pad. We also had him add a On Site Septic System. The county recognizes Dwight as one of their preffered installers of OSS Systems There in Davenport, so it made the process run that much smoother with the county. Jim painstakingly removed, cleaned and reset loose ceramic tiles. He saved us from having to replace the entire kitchen/family room floor. It was by necessity a dusty/dirty job, which Jim did cheerfully and for a very reasonable price. We would definitely hire him again.

I called late afternoon about a dishwasher issue and they were able to schedule for the following day! Lonny was the repairman and he was great. Even called to let me know when he would arrive - right on time. I have used Shaw for three other jobs (shower, tub faucet leak and water heater replacement) and every time the workers were great, work done with no further problems, and fairly priced. I had a leak that was leaking water into my basement and I was super afraid and I didnâ  t know who to call because plumbers are notoriously expensive and I am really broke I havenâ  t worked in a year because an accident Riley from Pace Plumbing came out found the leak fixed it and didnâ  t even charge me because he said it to him it was an easy fix to me it was like he moved a mountain. Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job.
