Did a recessed patio surrounded by block retaining wall. The guys did an excellent job ground was much harder than they expected. Took 4+ days just for excavation. Final product was just what I imagined. Price went up from quote, but I expected that Still very good value. Workers where nice enough to move my oversized grill down to new lower level. If needed I would definitely use them again ...

The project outcome was above my expectations. They listened to me on likes and dislikes and designed a beautiful desert landscape. The team was very hard working, and respectful of me and the property. I appreciated Matthewâ s guidance in plant selection and taking the time to walk me through the nursery to show me options and describe how they grow, flower, etc. The project was finished earllier that anticipated, and I coul not be more pleased. My neighbors are asking for the contact info, and I would highly recommend them.

Be prepared for an increase in the bill

Balance Landscaping out of Mesa AZ did two projects on my property that included installation of countless pavers, decorative stones, artificial turf, trees, and plants. The follow through and follow up was remarkable and their crews are very respectful and courteous. Ravi is very professional as is Matthew. Both are truly knowledgeable and understanding!

I could not be more pleased or say enough positive things about Balance Landscaping LLC. I purchased a home, and the backyard was a dirt pit with & rocks with four orange trees. Once I found a design I liked, I called Balance Landscaping LLC. to come over and give me a quote. Matthew came out, looked at the design and the backyard, and discussed the work. Matthew had some excellent recommendations and told me when I could expect the quote; when I reviewed it, it was clear and understandable. I called Matthew to discuss a few final details; Matthew thoroughly explained everything and made sure to disclose the time frame for project commencement. Once the work began, the workers arrived on time and put forth extreme effort and care (in 108-degree weather). When I would look outside to see what was going on, I observed a team that enjoyed working together and was very dedicated to ensuring the outcome was perfect and that I was happy. In this day and age, I thought that the combination of teamwork and customer satisfaction was long gone, but itâ  s alive and well at Balance Landscape. The landscaping involved grass, gravel, pavers, bricks, sand, boulders, plants, and a fountain. Every item was methodically selected; each boulder was carefully placed according to the plan. There will always be unanticipated obstacles and unforeseen hurdles in any large job. The true mark of a great business is how it handles these situations. In my case, Balance Landscaping LLC. resolved all unanticipated obstacles and wanted to ensure they resolved them to my satisfaction; I challenge anyone to find a company that cares this much about their work and customer satisfaction. Balance Landscaping LLC. will receive my future business. These guys are the Pros! Their work is meticulous, their prices competitive, and their crews are friendly and polite. The project is complete except for installing a water fountain; I wanted to wait until the work was completed before I bought it to ensure it complemented the landscaping. The backyard looks fantastic, and my neighbors cannot believe the transformation; they are very excited to see the final product once the water fountain is installed (I found one and am waiting to get an install date from Matthew). Do not waste your time getting quotes from other landscape companies; you might find a cheaper company, but you will get what you pay for. From start to finish the team did a great job they had a positive attitude even when changes were being made during the development process. The detail along with the quality of their work was outstanding also a shout to Matthew he followed the development from start to finished and provided addition landscaping materials upon our request at no cost. We would strongly recommend hiring Balance Landscaping because they are the best for the quality of their workmanship and the price.

Itâ s one of the most hard working team ever worked in my yard. They have absolutely positive attitude even when have them redo part job just because I changed my mind. Hope I could think through and plan better next time. All I want to say is thanks. I feel lucky have have them working for a week. Not cheap but well worth.

After not having a yard I could enjoy and then being scammed during Covid from another landscaping company out of thousands, I decided to bite the bullet and finally finish my project. That's where I found Matt and Ravi. Both of these men really helped my vision come to life better than I could have imagined and helped guide me in designs when I was unsure. They were present and communicated with me the whole project. They were very conscious of my budget and helped me stay within it even when I changed a few things. the Crew were great and very skilled and they even helped me setup some patio furniture that was delivered. I feel they all went above and beyond to give me more than I imagined and really can't say enough amazing things about this company and the crew working for them. I had a big project of complete renovation of the front and back yard which they took on without complaints. They were always on time and finished both projects in great time. Now I have a front and back yard that we will enjoy for many years and so glad to have found a company with skilled, honest and kind people. I had a wonderful experience and if I ever need any more projects they will be the first ones I call. I highly recommend them!
