From the very start of a consult, had a quote that day and a written estimate in my email the same evening, to Paul's team showing up was top notch. Zach came out with his very friendly team, went over agreement of what was to be done, walked around house and explained everything. When they were finished, we walked around again to check everything. Soft wash is the way to go and environmentally safe. My house has never looked so good. This company is professional, communicative, and on time. I will definitely use them again.

GREAT WORK!! This job was done to exceed my expectations. We ran into an unexpected problem when Kevin (the contractor) broke his foot the day before the job was scheduled to begin. However, Kevin called to say that he was hoping to find another employee and schedule the job ASAP. The next day, David & Julie (a young married couple), showed up. They were energetic, respectful, and very pleasant. It was quite a big job: wash 15 windows/screens in 2-story house; power wash house/garage/wrap-around covered porch/ 40-ft driveway, brick foundation. But they completed it in a couple of hours. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. They removed/replaced porch decorations/furniture and completed the job in less than 3 hours and it looked BEAUTIFUL e. The price was very reasonable and well worth it. I'm giving the HIGHEST RATING and would absolutely recommend this company to others. THANKS, D. HARRIS

From the first phone call I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Brian Martin and his entire team. Brian met with me virtually to discuss my expectations after he reviewed photos of my home. He emphasizes excellent customer service while providing a coordinated approach to the project. I was kept informed of each aspect of my project. The entire team of carpenters, the drywall specialist, and especially the painters were professional, punctual, trustworthy, and gave me a beautiful finished project. Extra credit goes to Joel Worthington, lead painter on my project. Not only was his work technically excellent, but he made several suggestions that markedly improved the decor. At the end of each day he thoroughly cleaned up so I could use my home comfortably and told me the next day's. Joel provided the kind of individual attention and care to me and my project that we all dream of receiving. I have recommended this company to my community and family and will use them again. Kudos to Brian for creating such an excellent experience during what can be a very stressful, worrisome time.

The entire job - windows, gutters, driveway, pressure washing - was completed thoroughly. No corners were cut and my house looks better than it did when we moved in three years ago. KLM is about Satisfaction Guaranteed. We even had some streaks on the house from my spouse trying to DIY pressure wash and Kevin was knowledgeable about why that happened and what he could do to resolve it. Our experience in this area has not always been positive as people overcharge or the service is poor or both, and that was not the case with KLM. We will absolutely use them again. Maxx Pressure WashingAwesome! After buying my first home, and a large 2,300 sq ft at that; I was overwhelmed with what the sellers should have taken care of before I signed on for the mortgage🤦. I looked up any and EVERYONE, BUT...everyone specialized in different things. I found myself calling this number and that number, talking to different "operators", i was sick of it! I cannot lie, i was skeptical at first, but i had already wasted so much time, AND MONEY on JUST ESTIMATES or the, "we specialize in"..and "prices may vary". MAXX PRESSURE WASHING is the Holy Grail of what the "1 STOP SHOP", Should be! no hidden fees, no fine print, just strait forward...asked me what i needed..and gave me an estimate after coming out to take a look. Work completed fell between the estimated cost, and im absolutely satisfied. I was so frustrated that i didnt find out about this young man until after getting on "Angies list" and calling every "Tom and Jerry" on the internet.
