Roofing Systems of Hampton RoadsThe owner, Jeremy, came out and did the roofing estimate. He was the only estimatator that actually got onto the roof and even put a "band-aid" on a few areas that he felt were leaks even though he did not know if we would give him our business. He gave a thorough estimate and left materials for me to read through. They gave a start date only one week from my decision and they arrived at 6:30 AM and stayed until 8:00 PM to completly finish the roof (completely new roof). They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I can not say enough positive things about this company.- Michelle B.

Roofing Systems of Hampton RoadsWe hired RSHR to replace our flat garage roof which was old and had been leaking. Joey and his crew chief did a thorough assessment prior to giving us an estimate. Joey was courteous and professional, took lots of time to answer all our questions, and was prompt in communicating with us throughout the process. We were especially keen on choosing the best material, and Joey provided us with detailed information about the pros and cons of TPO vs. PVC. Their pricing seemed fair and reasonable; of the 3 estimates we got, they were in the middle. Once we signed the contract, RSHS quickly set a start date. The crew came out on that date, started when they said they would, and completed the job in one day. When it was done, Joey did a final walkthrough with us. It looked great, and the guys did a great job cleaning up. We've had several heavy downpours in the few weeks since, and I'm glad to say that there are no more leaks! We're very happy with our new garage roof, and happy with the service overall. Everyone we interacted with--Joey, the crew, and Cristle--was super nice. As roofing jobs go, ours was a small project, but RSHR still treated us like we were a high priority, and I really appreciated that! We would definitely hire them again.- Beth B.

Quality is indeed an appropriate name for this company. They put up the fence in two days. The guys were very respectful of my property, and the construction was top notch. I have a 38yr old Japanese maple that is along the fence line and has large intrusive roots. They were able to keep this beautiful tree safe; I really am impressed by that. James Cummins has excellent follow-up skills. The crew was Santiago and his group. The work was done mostly in the course of a single day and was very quick and done well.
