Colony Roofing & ExteriorsI got four quotes to replace my roof and Colony wasn't the highest or the lowest, but I picked them because of their long history of quality work. They are BBB accredited and the team they sent out to replace my roof was both knowledgeable and efficient. They split up and each one knew their job and they got after it. Both Steve and his son stopped by during the day and provided updates on how things were going. I had to admire their dedication as they worked until 9PM and finished up by flashlight, but got the job done in one day. As for the garage, they dropped the supplies off a couple of days prior, then we got held up by the weather. As soon as that was over the guys came in. Three hours later.....done. Fabulous job. Allied Outdoor SolutionsA huge thank you to Matt, Noah and Austen for helping us build our dream outdoor space. We saw the Allied Outdoor Solutions ad and thought Carvestone was exactly what we wanted. Even in the middle of Covid we were able to start our project quickly and easily. From the very first phone call through the design and all phases of construction everyone was friendly, polite and professional. Our new covered patio, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and giant chessboard patio are everything we wanted. Every crew that worked on the project was super nice and skilled in their area of the project. They asked questions before getting started to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted and that we were happy with it. M & M Roofing Co IncM&M has been our go to roofing and siding company for years. Most recently we needed an investigation of the cause of stains on an interior ceiling. They found the issue and repaired it very quickly and reasonable. A while back we decided to have the original soffits and porch ceilings replaced. They were in bad shape and it turns out that the builders of this house used Masonite, which did not hold up well. M&M gave us a reasonable bid to replace everything with Hardiplank so we will never have to worry about deterioration. We also had them paint the house and they did their usual excellent job.- Robert M.

Colony Roofing & ExteriorsWe have a 2 story house with a detached garage. Colony Roofing did a great job installing our new roof. It took two days. The materials were delivered the day before. Everyone in the crew had a job and each knew what they were doing. Once they got here, everyone go to work doing their job and the roof was installed efficiently. Steven was in and out several times though the job and had been communicative through the whole process. The price quoted had included both the GAF Silver Pledge Warranty (10 year workmanship) and the City of Sugar Land Permit (which Steven got for us). Overall, we are very happy with our new roof.- John H.

The roof experience with Greenlight was amazing. Vincent was easy to work with and his follow up was impeccable. He explained everything in detail and answered questions and/or concerns we had. Payment was not due until materials were delivered. They arrived on time as scheduled and cleaned up each evening before they left. Everything was great. Work started and ended on time. During the job Terrence answered all of my questions, had videos of the work as it progressed, and explained the materials he was using and why. Cleanup after the job was finished was great. First the workers did their cleanup then Terrence did another walkthrough of the yard. Neighbors have commented on how nice it looks.
