We had some limitations regarding the space and their team took it all under consideration and crafted the best use of the space we had, including incorporating our favorite quarantine purchase: the inflatable hot tub.     I called M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows first about a new roof because I had used them previously in 2017 and 2008 for roofing related projects with good results. M&M Roofing’s initial evaluation was that my roof was still functional, had some maintenance issues, but close to the end of its service life. M&M provided quotes for both maintenance and full replacement. After, comparing M&M’s advice and replacement proposal with the advice and replacement proposals of three other highly rated companies, I selected M&M to do the job. I was not disappointed. The M&M representative’s advice throughout the process was consistently accurate and his communication was superb. M&M’s roofing crew was competent, quick, and thorough. Overall, I was very pleased with M&M’s performance, for a third time. I can recommend M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows without hesitation

    I got four quotes to replace my roof and Colony wasn't the highest or the lowest, but I picked them because of their long history of quality work. They are BBB accredited and the team they sent out to replace my roof was both knowledgeable and efficient. They split up and each one knew their job and they got after it. Both Steve and his son stopped by during the day and provided updates on how things were going. I had to admire their dedication as they worked until 9PM and finished up by flashlight, but got the job done in one day. After my inspection the next day in the daylight I can tell they did a quality job. Very happy

    Anson Eldridge gave incredible, hands on service with attention to every detail of the process involved in replacing my roof. He was accessible by phone/text no matter where he was in the country. His team of roofers were timely, experienced and accomplished the laying of the new roof all in one day!!! He worked with the insurance company to make sure I was given everything I was entitled to and that I was treated fairly by them. I proceeded to work with them in regards to my insurance claim...I cannot express how very impressed I have been with their services! They offer a complete support system from inspecting my roof & meeting with the insurance adjustors at my home so I was not lost in conversation with terms that I did not understand. My Account Rep Anson is extremely knowledgeable , professional, yet very personable! Eldridge has gone above & beyond simply "replacing a roof"...they have built a relationship & assisted me with their additional services in regards to coordinating with my AC company to improve the air flow in my attic space, and they are installing gutters this week as well. Communication is extremely important to me and Anson ALWAYS follows up in a timely manner & finds answers to all of my questions thru out this process over the past 4-5 months!
