I am a real tour and I hired FLA roofing to replace a roof during a real estate transaction for my buyer. FLA Roofing really catered to the buyer and seller s needs during the transaction. They provided amazing customer service which made the transaction much less stressful for both parties. The buyer is extremely happy with the quality of work and we all would recommend them to every home owner. Lonnie Alexander was professional and an amazing help on paperwork and different things we needed outside of the roof job itself. Would have liked more if they would have put furniture back where they belonged and cleaned up patio . They did remove the big leftover material info but they left all the other trash. I Would have gladly given to

I was well pleased with the new roof installation. I have a 100 year old home in the Old Northeast neighborhood of St Petersburg Fl. I was specifically concerned about the eaves on my house as they are original and I spent a lot of hours restoring them. The crew used great caution with the installation and also paid care to the landscaping!
The clean up was A+! Bryce Killian the project manager kept me well informed and listened to my every concern.
I got 9 estimates on the roof and Coldstream Exteriors was the lowest bid by a significant amount. Low price coupled with excellent service makes for a very happy customer! My experience leads me to highly recommend them!

Anthony is excellent about showing (pictures) and telling the customer, as best he can, what the issue is and what he will do or did to fix it. He communicates time table for work. Very neat, cleans up job site. Quotes are very reasonable. We will definitely use this company again. Strongly recommend them.
