I am very happy with the quality of work. I had my roof completely replaced. The job took a day and a half. I was very happy the work could be started within a week of placing the order.

I had a leak in our roof in October of 2015. Fortress came out and looked at it and completed the repair and I paid $150 extra for a roof tune up to ensure no other issues. The next heavy rainstorm did not occur until January 2016 and the roof started leaking in the same spot. I called up fortress and they said they would have someone contact me soon to come look at the roof. In march I had still not heard from them so I called back and they said the same promise that someone would contact me soon. I have still not heard from them and have tried calling and emailing and get no response at all. I would obviously not recommend them as their repair obviously didn't work and they have no interest in fixing their mistakes. Looking at other reviews online it appears this is a common theme for this company.

Once the 18 days of rain stopped (not their fault). They did a great job on my flat roof.

Mike was very 'on point' from start to finish. The crew was nice, worked very hard and did a great job. Cleaned up at quit of each day. No nails found after job was complete. Inspector found one minor thing and it was fixed the very next day and passed inspection without a hitch. Great price, too! I recommend this company highly!

The job was completed quickly and efficiently, cleaned up afterwards in a timely manner. I was impressed with the timing from start to finish, as well as the onset of the job. Other companies had quoted "perhaps a month or 5 weeks to start." Fortress started as soon as the contract was signed, fitting us in between a couple of larger jobs. I felt that Mike really worked hard to give us good customer service.

The people of this company are very professional, timely and easy to work with. The job was completed exactly as promised and turned out great. Beyond of there normal responsibilities, they installed a new plumbing vent pipe( after it accidentally fell into the roof because it was not well supported ) They did not charge me additionally for either work or material. Since I needed more wood decking material as expected, the owner, Mike, gave me a discount on the price which was not part of the original contract. I am very happy with the new roof and the service they provided.
