Went well overall. From a constructive feedback standpoint, the movers weren't able to get everything in the uBox and I would have preferred that they load all the large furniture items first to ensure they got in. Two mattresses to our kingsize bed were left to the end and would not fit into the uBox. I would have preferred that something else be left behind as we ended up having ot get a second pod for just the two mattresses and some outside items. Otherwise, the team was punctual, efficient and did a good job with the loading. Our contact at Northstar was very responsive and clear and provided the insurance docs we requested. I would recommend this mover to others.

The Quantum Moving company was the best moving company I've ever worked with. They were very professional, knowledgeable and abided by the safety measures of COVID-19. They took extreme care in packing my fragile items. I moved 90 miles to a new house and the move went smoothly. The company manager Dan went over the contract details and met every condition outlined in the contract. I recommend Quantum moving highly and would definitely use them again.

Unbelievable service by Magic! They exceeded our expectations by making the move painless and fun. Movers were very professional but always happy and smiling, great attitudes throughout the whole day! My family was amazed at how well they wrapped and moved everything so quickly into the truck with a Tetris like loading style- my whole family and neighbors were impressed! We had antiques lots of nice furniture and breakables all intact, no damage no scratches, flawless!! Committed happy movers who are very focused and work hard all day! Awesome company!! I hired Magic Moving & Storage to move from high rise in San Francisco to antioch. They were very easy to work with , extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They packed my fragile pics, lamps, tv and wrapped everything in blankets. The movers were uniformed friendly careful and experienced. Very impressive! Very happy, thanks guys!! This was the *third* time I’ve used Spartan and I will never use a different moving company in the Bay Area. They have always been no-nonsense and efficient - the two things I value most when I am dealing with the stress of a move. The third thing I value is price, and they win there too. Their rates have always been competitive and I came away feeling I got my cake and ate it too because I receive amazing service at a competitive cost. I actually used Spartan to pack and move this time rather than just move. They packed the whole one bedroom in a few hours and we completed the move across town in six total. A great outcome all around.

Gentle John's Moving was the company I decided to move. I called them 2 weeks before I needed the move. They were the only ones who were reasonable and available for easy pickup and fast delivery. Updates were given which always made me feel stress free. Would recommend to my family and close friends

Working with NorthStar was a great experience. My moving team of Chris M, CJ, and Nelson were rockstars. This team was punctual, proactive with communication, professional, and extremely efficient. Having good people makes all the difference, and it's clear that Northstar believes this. Northstar provided both packing and moving services, and everything was handled with the right amount of care. They showed up on-time, and finished under-budget. These guys had such a handle on things that I was even able to take a few work calls and answer emails. I dislike moving as much as the next person, but I actually really enjoyed today's move. I was already looking forward to moving into a new place, and these guys helped keep set the tone with a good moving experience. Money well spent. I highly recommend NorthStar. Good Neighbors packed up my belongings in Los Angeles and drove it up and unpacked in NorCal. It could not have gone better, everything was done in a courteous and timely manner and not one thing was broken or damaged. No hidden costs or unexpected surprises and everything was explained and easy. Everyone was considerate, prepared and professional.

Really well. The guys were safe (COVID), but still worked really fast. They clearly have lots of experience and helped us pack our fragile stuff. Very friendly and fast, would hire again!

This move couldn't have gone more smoothly. A special thanks goes to Carlos Mora whose customer service support is exemplary. I packed what could be packed into boxes. Everything else was either covered in blankets or shrinkwrapped and arrived in excellent condition.

There were four people packing, and one was not very careful with our kids poster sized drawings (he folded them and crammed them into a box when they should have been protected as fragile). Everything in the kitchen was apparently vases since almost all the boxes were generically labeled as such (ironically a box with actual vases was not labeled as vases). Overall, they were nice and hard working.

Bay Areas Best Relocation Services (and with Carlos as the lead), did an excellent job of getting the contents of a 3500 square foot house + storage in a 2 car garage from Burlingame to Roseville without any breakage!!! The crew was professional, polite to us and to each other, and they worked their butts off over 2 full days of moving prep, loading, and unloading. On day 1, Carlos and a co-worker spent most of the day wrapping furniture in plastic, shifting most furniture to a staging area, and wrapping framed pictures and mirrors, etc. On day 2, a crew of 4 arrived before 8 a.m., loaded all of the boxes on to 2 trucks (we had packed almost all of the boxes by ourselves with some supplies provided by the company—we purchased additional needed boxes from Home Depot). The crew helped with packing up quite a few additional boxes with odd shapes and sizes (e.g., sewing machine). The trucks were packed by 3:30 p.m. (7-1/2 hours with only a break for lunch that we provided). The trucks arrived in Roseville at 6:15 p.m., and for the next 5 hours these guys again hustled unloading everything. They did an excellent job of moving everything we owned to our new home. Note: We ultimately paid $700 more than the estimated cost, but the final price was still far lower than any other company we contacted. When we saw how much they accomplished in the 2 days, it was money well spent. We would highly recommend their services for your moving needs.

Service was superb. Packed my entire house of 3 bedroom, garage, etc in 7 hours on 7/7/2020 in Aptos, CA Delivered in Reno, NV goods on Saturday, July 11, 2020 in Reno, NV. They were very punctual both times and did a superb job. Very caring and everything was delivered and in good shape. They were wonderful. I would recommend them to anybody.

Not only were they an excellent service through and through, but they are great to work with; courteous, friendly and incredibly accommodating. I rank them among some of the very best I have worked with over my many years. A+

The Crew was punctual and did not slack off when working. In my opinion used more packing material than was necessary. The estimate was a little off but the workers were going at a good pace so no complaints. The move happened smoothly though I did have to argue about the travel time for both the packing and moving. All in all a good experience.
