The entire job - windows, gutters, driveway, pressure washing - was completed thoroughly. No corners were cut and my house looks better than it did when we moved in three years ago. KLM is about Satisfaction Guaranteed. We even had some streaks on the house from my spouse trying to DIY pressure wash and Kevin was knowledgeable about why that happened and what he could do to resolve it. Our experience in this area has not always been positive as people overcharge or the service is poor or both, and that was not the case with KLM. We will absolutely use them again. Maxx Pressure WashingAwesome! After buying my first home, and a large 2,300 sq ft at that; I was overwhelmed with what the sellers should have taken care of before I signed on for the mortgage🤦. I looked up any and EVERYONE, BUT...everyone specialized in different things. I found myself calling this number and that number, talking to different "operators", i was sick of it! I cannot lie, i was skeptical at first, but i had already wasted so much time, AND MONEY on JUST ESTIMATES or the, "we specialize in"..and "prices may vary". MAXX PRESSURE WASHING is the Holy Grail of what the "1 STOP SHOP", Should be! no hidden fees, no fine print, just strait forward...asked me what i needed..and gave me an estimate after coming out to take a look. Work completed fell between the estimated cost, and im absolutely satisfied. I was so frustrated that i didnt find out about this young man until after getting on "Angies list" and calling every "Tom and Jerry" on the internet. AmYahFantastic! Nick Robinson was the first one to respond to my inquiry for gutter cleaning, offering to come that very day. He was very professional and courteous, and did a great job! My gutters were so stuffed with debris and dirt that there were little trees growing out of them and he worked his butt off to get them cleaned and clear, including the downspouts. And his price was more that reasonable, so much so that I gave him a little extra given how diligent he was! I will definitely keep him in mind and use his services again!- Steven K.

Set appointment for Sat 3/20 at 9:30AM with Mr. Livengood. No show, no call. I tried calling him and voice mailbox was full, could not leave a message. I emailed him and he replied, saying he was sorry and asked to reschedule for Mon. 3/22 at 10:00. No show, no call again. I called him and he said he's be there in 30 minutes. As I write this review at 2:20PM on 3/22 he has yet to show or call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would not recommend.

Anthony is great! Easy to work with, flexible, honest, affordable reliable and goes above and beyond for his customers. My yard always looks great after he comes and I would refer him to anyone. He currently cuts my lawn for me since my husband is gone but killed all the hard to reach weeds in between mine and my neighbors fences, dug out a small pesky tree in my garden bed and even took the time to get the bricks out of my yard from previous tenant and stacked them up alone fence line.
