Active Design & Build did an excellent design and execution in our kitchen remodel which was a complete gut job to the studs with a new layout which now looks amazing, even refinished hardwood floors. I like the transparency of costs, management of expectations, all the dust mitigation efforts, planned schedules and ultimately the fact that they are upstanding people who are accountable which is hard to find. ADB did a great job considering it was during Covid-19 which certainly affected some labor availability due to exposure protocols and most supply chains everywhere. They did a great job managing trades to not expose customers which is commendable. Very pleased with the level of care and the end result and would recommend them, not to mention use them again.

5 Star from start to finish! First, Pam... she is lovely, professional, enthusiastic, realistic, knowledgeable with the best eye for design and details! Her team equally amazing. The show room convenient, the craftsmanship was top tier.
We bought a 1988 ranch and decided to update EVERYTHING. Kitchen, bathrooms (all)floors, paint, lightning, carpet, electrical, wall paper, baseboards, demo work, walls moved, doors, you name it we did it, and... so glad that we did.
Pam was honest about the project timing, careful with our budget, respected our esthetic but pushed us where it made sense or kept us from making choices we would regret (i.e new floors, new paint, new doors but keeping old baseboards).
The showroom is magical and super convenient and efficient for busy professionals. Pam and team were well prepared for selection appointments and did not rush us to make any designs.
The paint crew, demo, tile, plumbing became part of our family. Everyone treated our home with respect even when it was a complete project site. I literally cried when painters, Martin and Victor complete their final brush.
And we did drive buys on the crews during the project- people where here every day! Her project leads Roland and Vick couldn't be nicer and more committed to perfection.
And as we settled into the house, Pam and her team have come back to adjust minor nits. She stands behind their work.
And yes, there some delays but all due to COVID and manufacturing.
The work is quality. The products are top notch
The team is kind. The process was excellent. Pam made it easy! Support local business and hire Poonam's by Design!

JoAnn gave us a competitive bid to turn our storeroom into a quarter bath. We needEd all new plumbing and electrical work. The floor had to be raised to be level with the kitchen and two doors had to be installed. The work was done in a timely manner and the work was done very well. We're very happy with Rock Renovation and would recommend them to anyone.

Words were hard to find when I finally found a contractor that knew what they was doing and provided excellent service. We had a foundation leak that resulted in major repairs and mold clean up in our basement. I have had many repair people promise services, but never have I had a contractor that not only delivered what he promised, he did more. The work was absolutely beautiful. Mister Fixxit takes pride in his work, follows through on all commitments he makes, and delivered more than we expected. He consulted with us throughout the repairs and apprised us of ongoing progress. Once you use Mister Fixxit, you will never want another contractor to do anything more for you. I can t remember the last time we had a contractor who came so fully prepared, they didn t even ask for a broom when they cleaned up after themselves. YES, they cleaned up after themselves besides doing such a professional job on our home. Our home is so much more comfortable and looks so nice. THANK YOU, Mister Fixxit!!!

I am so happy with my new counters and backsplash! What a great company to work with! David was punctual, informative, and helped us select the perfect counters for our kitchen. PMJ Renovations remodeled four bathrooms and a laundry room for us. They were reliable, honest and straightforward. The materials and workmanship were excellent, and the results were beautiful. Mike has done my entire unfinished basement and his work ethics and willingness to work with changing design needs is exceptional. Mike's patience and quality of work is exceptional. His only goal is to ensure that customer is happy and he doesn't hesitate to redo things if customer wanted differently. David, Jody, and Mitch were excellent to work with. They listened to your wants and needs and offered helpful suggestions. I did the electrical. No problem. We used our own countertop guy. No problem. We installed our range. No problem. Scheduling was spot on. They were ahead of schedule most of the time. These guys are professionals. A good GC is rare. Use this company.
