Pedro and his team did a fantastic job with our new outdoor kitchen. We struggled to locate a contractor that could design what we wanted and keep the cost within our budget, we ended up fining Pedro and he was able to do both. His team expanded our patio, built a beautiful outdoor kitchen, removed our old enclosure and built a new one including super gutters, and add stone pavers to the entire deck area. Everything was very high quality and turned out even better than we had planned. We will be using Pedro for future profile ts at our house.

I hired Phil of 3D Building & Remodeling LLC to remodel my kitchen in November 2020. After meeting him a few times, I knew he was a kind and honest man. He rushed to get me a 3D design so that I could visualize the layout of my new kitchen. After a few tweaks, he immediately ordered the cabinets. When he knew the cabinets were shipping, he did the demo work with another guy so that I could have a kitchen as along as possible without too much down time. His main goal was for me to have a "functioning kitchen" for Christmas Eve's big Italian celebration and I did! Phil handled everything and coordinated the plumber, electrician, tiler and carpenter. I enjoyed going with his wife Stacy to pick out stone and back splash. All the contractors had good work ethnics and that was important to me. Everyone was professional and Phil worked endlessly to meet my needs and to make sure everything was perfect! I absolutely love my new kitchen and lighting, and I would definitely hire Philip De Terlizzi of 3D Building & Remodeling, LLC for future renovations.

As someone who has built 2 homes in the past I was not looking forward to our remodel/addition. My husband and I interviewed 5 different companies and we knew from the beginning that John Fisher from G&M was who we needed to do the job. John has been completely up front and honest from the minute we have met him. He will NOT over promise and under deliver! The bid that he gives is true to his word unless YOU splurge on an allowance item such as a $1,500 chandelier. (Don t worry John and his team will remind you of this!) Unlike, the other 4 bids that we received there were not any hidden fees that we found out about after receiving the initial bid. The quality of their work and the professionalism of the G&M team is unheard of and unseen in this industry.
As a kind reminder when dealing with construction either with a new build or a remodel something will go wrong. The difference that we have learned from our experiences is how those issues are resolved. With G&M everything was handled fairly and honestly. We couldn t have asked for a better experience.

I can’t currently vouche for Morgan Exterior’s work since they haven’t started the project yet but if it is anything like the presentation given prior to the quote it should be top notch. Fred Hayden the sales rep left no stone unturned in describing the company, their work ethics and the products used. We need gutters and a new roof so he gave us options for the what we wanted done to our house based on our house dimensions, style, and other factors. The cost was a little more than expected but if the quality is there it will be worth it. I feel confident with their business rating, experienced tradesmen and materials that they will get the job done.

TP3 was very professional from the beginning. I was in the middle of a project and needed something done right away. TP3 came over and provided a quote and timeframe. They were willing to schedule with the current contractors. The timing and quality of work performed by the foreman/Project Manager and the crew exceeded my expectations. The Foreman/Project Manager was very communicative, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend TP3 and may have them do more work for us.

Branch worked on the restoration of my home from flooding due to Tropical Storm Eta in November 2020. His experience in dealing with estimators and responding to requests for documentation by the Public Adjuster and the flood insurance company were invaluable. The finish work on the walls (mud/tape/texture/paint) was impeccable. Kitchen looks great. Tim was always available by text, cell or email 24/7.

Gedeon quoted us the best prices for the labor. They remodeled the guest bath and the master bath. I purchased the items needed, tub, tiles, cabinets, fixtures and shower doors.
Valentine was wonderful and very polite. He worked with our schedule when we had to skip some days. He even built me a new linen closet.
At the end of the day he would leave the areas very neat.
We are hiring them to do my kitchen remodel next.

We hired Bob to design, demo and construct 3 walls in our home in preparation for us to replace all windows and doors with hurricane windows and doors. Bob and all of his sub-contractors were extremely experienced professionals, punctual, clean and terrific communicators. Not only did the Experts install new granite countertops in our kitchen, theY totally remodeled our master bath including install of new shower. Anthony did most of the work and he is truly an expert in doing all phases of the remodel. He is very clean and keeps things uncluttered during the job.
