A Stevens Septic Tank SvcMy elderly mother had been having issues with plumbing related to a home made 60 yr old septic tank. I was referred to Stevens by a plumber who stated they were “fabulous”, after my mother scheduled with another company who suggested drilling holes in the lid because they couldn’t lift it off. I called Steven’s and Angela worked to get us in that week (Thurs or Fri). Thursday morning I received a call from Doug who stated he was 5 minutes away. My mother, who is very critical and hard to please, called 2 hours later singing Doug’s praises! He was kind, personable, and professional, and was able to take care of the tank the proper way by himself without additional equipment. He was even kind enough to dig up a dead bush next to the tank per my mom’s request. Additionally, the cost was less than quoted. I have never heard a pleasant review from my mother for any service, but she is “over the moon” with Doug from Steven’s!! If I were his employer, I would give him a raise for accomplishing the impossible with my mother! Thank you Doug, and thank you Steven’s, for solving our septic problem!!!- Kristen B.

DENNIS WILLIS SEPTIC SVCThese guys were amazing! This was for a rental house 2 hours from where I live. The fellows went out the day after I called. They called back to say a large bush had spread over the top of the tank and they couldn't access it unless the bush was removed. I was so frustrated thinking I would have to now arrange someone to come in and remove the bush and have the septic clean out done another day. But these guys were awesome. They said they might be able to remove it if I was okay with that. Bryson (who was my initial contact) ran a saw over to his crew at the rental house. It took extra time, an extra trip, etc. but they got the job done and charged a very reasonable fee. I will use them for all the septic services from now on. What great customer service! Delta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.
