  It took two days to tear out the old insulation under the bottom floor and install encapsulation in the whole crawlspace. Nick and his crew did quality work getting the job completed. They also patched holes in the foundation, hauled off all the old, dirty insulation and torn vapor barrier. All-in-all a very accommodating crew

  They are very professional and honest! We had water intrusion into basement from wall during recent heavy rain storm. I contacted Falcone (they were on recommended service provider list of our subdivision) and Sharese got back to me very quickly. Communication was very smooth and professional as she scheduled me for an inspection. The technician Walter was friendly and did a professional inspection, after which he determined that the issue is the gutters dumping water on the ground by the basement. He didn't recommend any work be done in the basement. I truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. If I ever have issues with the basement, I will call Falcone in a heartbeat! Thank you

  When you call the typical foundation and crawlspace company, the common response is "We'll send someone out to give you a quote". It is very difficult to get a knowledgeable person on the phone. Vince at Foundation Doctor was nice enough to give me his time on the phone to discuss my issues. He then volunteered to come out to take a look for himself since it was a somewhat unusual situation. After he and his associate took a look he said he didn't think I needed his help and we went outside to look at where he thought we may find the problem. He took a look at the landscaping and made suggestions for what may be done to fix the cause of the problem. The landscaping fix will be much less expensive. This after other companies quoted thousands of dollars to fix a crawlspace problem that wasn't the cause of the issue. Vince never offered a quote or tried to sell me anything. He just asked me to let him know how the landscaping fix turns out. I can't tell you how rare it is to find a company that will share their experience with you and expect nothing in return. Based entirely on the integrity and helpfulness they showed, I cannot recommend them highly enough

  I've been having issues getting hot water to my faucets on the far side of my home and had read about having a recirculating pump installed. I reached out from Angi to get some estimates and Huff was the only company that actually called me to learn about my needs. I was able to speak with the owner about a unique setup in my home and he confirmed that the pump would be the best option. His associate Michael was the one that actually did the work and he was extremely polite and respectful of our home. The job was done quickly and we are happy to have quick hot water now!
