Perfect. I was super impressed with their professionalism. Debbie came for the estimate, she knew exactly what she was doing... The estimate she sent was very thorough.. Dan came over to discuss a few questions we had.. They have excellent communication. Their follow up was superb. The employees are very courteous.. We are very satisfied with the workmanship and our house looks great!!

Absolutely wonderful! Debbie and Dan restored my faith in contractors...from start to finish I was impressed every day with their communication and the quality of the work.

Gary was very patient as I went through the process of collecting bids to do the job. After deciding to go with M & M, they were able to start the following week. The whole job, including insulation and painting took about two weeks. Gary was very easy to communicate with and had his guys back out there if there were any problems I had with any of the work. Something I have found before with other companies was a lack of anyone that spoke English to be on a job. With M & M that wasn't a problem, as there was always someone there that spoke English. Made the whole communication process much simpler. The clean up was also very good as it can be really difficult to get all remnants of siding removal up, but they did a very good job with it. Gary was very up front about the whole process and was very detailed in the proposal. The one added amount different from what was discussed beforehand was once the soffit was removed, it was found there was no support structure for the siding, so one had to be built, which added on some money. The owner even called me after the job was finished to make sure I was satisfied, and this was a week after I had paid them. Very good customer service.

A windstorm in mid-October ripped open a long piece of vinyl siding on the side of our house near the roof line, and we have a two story home. I felt that this was somewhat of an emergency, because the weather threatened to remain windy, and the around a 12 foot long piece of this siding was flapping around in the breeze, and with a resumption of windy weather, it could continue to tear away and maybe break loose completely. Jeremy, I knew, was super busy at that time, as I'd been trying to contact him for some estimates on non-emergency work. And, I have not read all the recent reviews of Jeremy's company, but I am sure that any negative reviews are due to lapses in communication. He takes on a lot of jobs and it is difficult to get ahold of him directly. But, from my years long experience with Jeremy, I know he *does* look at his texts and emails and evaluates them, even if he doesn't respond to each right away. After informing him about the siding, I got an email very quickly---which was remarkable because I had been waiting days already for a reply about very long term stuff, like a possible bathroom remodel for the long term future. He directed his wife, Julie, who helps with the business, to get someone over to our house right away. Someone did come out and that fellow was *VERY* good. Courteous, polite and sincerely interested in doing the job right. He discussed with me the choices of how to reattach the siding in a way that this would not happen again, and for no extra charge, he took care of some minor maintenence on my roof and gave me a very complete description of the state of my roof without me asking for it. It was a pleasure to work with this fellow. And, within a day or so another windstorm rose up, and I was really glad the siding was firmly fastened in place. I have worked with Jeremy in the past, and found that all the subcontractors he sends out on jobs are a pleasure to work with, very competent and very pleasant people.

Contract signed in April and as of today, November 26, 2017, the work has not been completed. When we signed the contract, we were told that the entire project would be complete in two to four weeks. The workers assigned to our project were highly unskilled and unprofessional. The windows are now installed correctly, after having to replace a broken window that was installed BROKEN. The siding bulges in several places, many pieces are cut too short, trim work and siding was so bad that another contractor "ASSIGNED" pulled it off but has not replaced it yet. We also sustained roof damage from unskilled workers. The list of concerns are long, but we can't express enough how dissatisfied and disappointed we are with Champion. This includes broken promises made by upper management. It appears that no one at Champion can complete our project. BEWARE OF CHAMPION!

They did a great job on the overall project. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and they did not leave anything behind. We love the way the new siding looks. I would gladly recommend them to others.

Titan replaced a leaky window and performed some vinyl siding repair work for me. The window replacement was very straightforward and the final product looked good. Titan doesn't usually do vinyl siding, but he subcontracted it to someone that did do the work and did a nice job on the repairs. I had previously bid the repairs and Titan gave me the best price. The main representative was a really nice and responsive. He was fairly knowledgeable, but he was not the one who did the repairs. They were punctual to appointments, but it took them two months to finally complete the work due to not ordering items immediately (window took over a week to order and 2 weeks to arrive) and then they assumed the siding was readily available and finally special ordered it ( another 2 week lead) after the window had arrived. I wasn't too pushy on the project, so if you want your work completed in a timely fashion, stay on them and it may get done sooner. The main guy apologized and said the delay on my project was very unusual, they try to be more responsive. His subcontractors caused the order delays. Overall they were nice to work with and their price was very fair for the work they did. I would use them again.

Alex was friendly, responsive, and made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. His crew completed the work on time and left the job site neat and clean. While it was a little tricky to get initial dates on the calendar due to rain and delays with the door delivery (from another provider), he was willing to work around those changes to complete the door installation.

Jason from OnCall emailed ahead of my appointment asking for photos of the siding so he could prepare for the repair. He arrived on time and was friendly, capable and a total pro. It turned out to be a much simpler fix than I expected -- he reattached the siding, improvising a bit with some screws since the original attachment clips were damaged. The repair took him less than 15 minutes so he filled out some of the time I had paid for with a walkaround of my house to check the condition of the rest of the siding and talk about some repairs and modifications I have planned for the future. It was an all-around good experience. Thanks!
