Of particular note is the house has a tile roof and required special skill in dealing with repairs to some rotted wood. Riverside demonstrated particular care and expertise in dealing with this unusual requirement. I give them my recommendation and plan to hire them again for this and other work they perform

    My wife and I wanted to get some badly needed work done on our house that we've been putting off for a while. That included trim replacement in the form of of fascia and window trim. We also needed a ton of work on our back porch to get rid of wood rot that was in large part due to the roofing on our back porch. Also, the gutters needed cleaning out, sealing, and we needed gutter guards added to them. And last but not least, we had the house repainted externally. Jamie and his crew were fantastic. He was very easy to work with and talk to about the work that needed to be done from the start. I had a lot of ideas myself, and he was able to steer me in the right direction with what needed to be done. That might sound unimportant, but I could have spent a lot more money doing things that really didn't need to be done in his estimation. His reasoning was sound, and I appreciated that. That spoke integrity to me from the start. A big winner in my mind. So, I would recommend Jamie and his crew 100% on that alone. When I got the estimate, I was pleasantly surprised at the bottom line. I believe his cost to be very reasonable, which again speaks volumes to me about that man I'm dealing with. They had a lot of work scheduled ahead of us. Jamie was up front and in communication with me every step of the way, and he kept me in the loop on what was happening from the beginning. Even with the rain that we had in October which was supposed to push things back (as it does with an outside job), he ended up squeezing us in at least a week ahead of time. The work was just as consistent and excellent as everything else that we experienced. He used quality materials (which he suggested during our walk around). They were here at 9am and worked until 6pm or later everyday. The crew was friendly, respectful, and worked hard. No loafing here. Jamie was here everyday - sometimes more than once per day - and went over things as they were done to insure the quality of the work. He took care of a few things that came up along the way too either by discovery or by request. They didn't even break stride. He even took care of some drywall work we needed that was added at the last minute due to a squirrel invading our MB wall (which we had to cut open). It looks like nothing ever happened. Jamie even came back to due a couple of small things that I didn't notice until after the work was completed. Those things actually turned out to be nothing wrong at all. However, Jamie went ahead and took care of those few little items just to help out. No sweat - no arguments - he came out and took care of that himself. I would HIGHLY recommend Jamie and his crew at Encompass Contracting for any work that you need done to your house. If we need any additional work I'll be calling Jamie in a second. I've recommended Jamie to multiple folks. He is very personable and a man of integrity. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Thank you so much for your hard work. My wife and I are so pleased, and we will definitely be able to get a good ROI on our investment with Jamie and Encompass Contracting

    Accent Roofing Service, with work done by Jamie provided a clear estimate (from Tommy) for resolution of a leaky roof around a chimney, vent stack, and skylight -- all tricky if not flashed correctly. I rated price as GOOD because it is a lot of money! Not "high" compared to others, just a lot of money for a leak. However, what price can you put on "no more leak!?" Jamie showed up, provided supplies to match the materials, removed all damaged materials after inspection - then properly reinstalled to exceed expectations. He went above and beyond to locate the proper replacement shingles and vents, and proactively corrected old installation problems to make sure we had no leaks moving forward. We have had rain since the install -- and no leaks! I am satisfied, would call Accent again, and recommend them. Thanks to the whole Team

There were a few issues, and when I spoke with Dewayne about them, he sent someone immediately out to fix or repair. Soon after my siding was installed, I started to grill out and melted my siding.     Jesus and his team did a great job replacing the siding on my entire house chimney and a few other repairs. He replaced the moisture wrap also. He painted the chimney and it looks new. They cleaned up so well I couldn't tell they were here. They finished in 1 day. His price for this job was more than reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I received.     Russ and the guys were very good. I appreciated Russ taking me to a couple of previous jobs during the quotation process so I can see his work personally. Having no experience purchasing all new siding and painting of a house I received three quotes. He saved us a small fortune compared to the other two companies.     Ace built two custom dormers into our existing roof so our daughter's playroom would be a cozier, more open, and brighter place for her to have fun. Their workers were some of the nicest and hardest working contractors I've ever met. During the two-week project, I would check out their progress daily. They were here every morning early and several times quite late, always taking care to properly tarp off and secure the project before they left for the day. From start to finish, the quality of their work was precise and professional. At no point was I concerned about any corners being cut, and the final inspection passed without any trouble. We're in love with the end result. At one point, when a severely undersized support beam was discovered mid-project, the owner, Bill Johnson, met with us personally to discuss our options without any pushiness. It's hard to find such trustworthy, qualified contractors committed to the safety and success of a project.
