Recent Review: Everything went great!!! Communication was excellent from start to finish. Kevin was prompt and courteous during the estimate, arriving on time and climbing into the very warm small attic to evaluate my cooling problems and insulation. He was the only one that actually went into the attic and walked around. He measured the house and addressed my cooling needs/concerns. The crew showed up on time and got started right away on the installation. They worked simultaneously in the attic while the other half of the crew starting the air conditioning replacement process. The crew sealed the ducts at the vents which didn't exist before. This has cut down on the indoor dust accumulation. No time was wasted on this day. They stayed on the jobsite all day. Everyone worked well together. It was plain to see the crew worked as a team. The communication between them was focused on getting the job completed. The crew was also courteous and respectful. They also laid down tarp in the work area inside the house. This was something I didn't even think about. The purchase also came with a rebate from the utility company and from the manufacturer which Kevin took care of. I would HIGHLY recommend AIM for you air conditioning and weatherization needs. Recent Review: Sean (the owner) and Jeff were by far the most professional contractors we've ever had in our home. They went above and beyond on design, documentation and cleaning. The work speaks for itself, we had air flow issues in our 1961 ranch home with original metal ducts. Major leak in one area due to a previous contractor (assumption) falling on the duct and the insulation was worn off / torn. Basically, we were cooling attic air... and getting who knows what into our system. Sean went into our attic within a couple of days of our call, took pictures and walked us through exactly what he planned to do. Carefully covering all registers, and the floor pathways with drop cloths, and the beds, then cleaning the ducts, fixing the damage in the attic, replacing all insulation to double thickness of what it was, cleaning out the entire HVAC closet, resealing it, adding sound boards to reduce the noise of our giant 11 year old system... and then the lovely Aeroseal to close up any remaining gaps. Picture perfect. And they cleaned so much with a handheld Dyson! Seriously. Our house looked perfect when they were done. Sean emailed us documentation and pictures with all data points and graphs provided, plus a certificate of completion. So much value. I can't wait to see the reduction in our bills going forward - and avoid replacing our system for a few more years :) My husband asked Sean when we should get the ducts cleaned again; he said we're probably OK not to unless we have major construction. What? Amazing. Such an honest professional. Best decision. Best experience. Call them now before getting yet another so-so HVAC "maintenance" job done...

Recent Review: He showed up on time, got the work done in a reasonable amount of time, and gave me a quick update before leaving. Obviously knowledgable and able to give useful tips. Definitely will use their service again, and hopefully they have another $74 deal! For the extra $10, he changed the dehumidifier filter as it had quite a bit of build up due to our hard water.

They came out, gave us a free estimate as well as choices on a/c versus heat pump, seer ratings and how to improve air flow. After we decided which way to go, they installed it the next day. Perfect service!

Recent Review: I have a dehumidifier connects to air handler/furnace in the attic, and a heat pump outside. the dehumidifier stopped working in april and i first went to precision heating. Precision heating charges $75 per trip and came to my house and told me that the motor is bad and needs to replace it... then a couple of days later, they told me that they couldn't find motor parts for repair everywhere..therefore i have to replace the whole dehumidifier system if i want it to work. I don't remember the exact price, but they told me it would be around $2600 including parts and labor to get a new dehumidifier. that was a lot of money... and I realized that my house is under 5 years old and the dehumidifier may be still under warranty. I went to the manufacturer website for my dehumidifier and found ABC home heating is one of the authorized providers. Therefore i called ABC, they sent technician Ken. Ken did a great job. He first found out a problem with motor, then read the manual and found out the parts was still under warranty. He spent 1 hour to help me to call the manufacturer and got the new motor part for me! Then he installed the motor for me once it arrives a week later. He saved me quite a lot of money. Also without his help, i won't know how to call manufacturer to order the correct motor part. Ken also helped me to go through the dehumidifier manual and understand how the settings work! Ken is very knowledgeable and did a great job!

Recent Review: Checked my ductwork and rebalanced air flow throughout the house. Had AC unit replaced 3 years ago by another contractor and that contractor never properly balanced airflow with new plenum installed. Called these folks out and they identified the specific problem and rebalanced the airflow. Excellent and very capable. No complaints at all.

Recent Review: The technician was very professional. He figured out some filters that we didn't need and that we did. He did a very thorough job. He put in all new filters. He also gave us very helpful advice on what we could do ourselves.
