  Started off decent. We had 1 experienced and 2 trainees. The trainees stood around needing instructions on everything. Then they dropped my dinning room table and scratched it in several places. The one in charge called the office immediately and told them what had happened and assured us they would take care of everything. Once they were done, they asked for a good review to receive a discount and again assured us they would take care of the damaged table. They will not respond to any calls or emails. This was on June 8, 2021. Today still no word from company. On the positive side, the guys were very polite and willing to tackle the job. The low stars are more related to company not responding and taking care of damage

  Horrible. They damaged my entire home. They held my baby grand piano and thousands of dollars in belongings when I told them I wouldn’t pay due to extensive damage in my home from the move. Countless emails and kept getting responses that were irrelevant. Documented pictures and they sent someone totally unprepared to repair anything. The damage cost me 7k to repair. Unreal. I’ve worked in real estate for 14 years and have never heard of anything remotely close to this unreal customer service. I have all emails and reported damage and pictures and they refuse to hold themselves accountable. Unreal.

  My experience with Baby Huey's Moving was top rate through and through. I had a relatively simple move from a storage unit to my home (<10 miles) and the guys showed up a bit early, got the work done very efficiently, and they really (!) took good care of my goods, especially furniture. Every piece was blanketed and protected, the loading was professionally stacked on the truck (which I thought was extra special because it would have been easy to treat my move as a throw-away and they didn't), and I liked the fellas that did the work. My interfaces with the office staff for scheduling and payment and coordination was very smooth, as well. Solid compliments to C in the office, and K, J and J that did the lifting.   I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I am so glad that I have this company for my relocating services from now on. Larry Naderhoff is wonderful. Doing business with him is like a visit with a friend. He moved through my apartment taking notes and it seemed more like a friendly visit more than business. The estimates he gives are great. This time the estimate went down! I saved $1,159 off the original estimate. He and his crew are total professionals. They know their jobs and execute it with precision. They are totally professional and courteous. Everything was packed well and none of my possessions were damaged. They packed me, moved me and unpacked me. The move took place over a few days (5). They had stairs to go up and down at each residence and they didn't flinch. It was San Antonio HOT during the move and they made sure to keep themselves well hydrated. The crew is well organized and very efficient. They made sure to organize my possessions for the unpack to go smoothly. The unpack was painless for me. The crew unpacked and placed my things where I wanted them to go. All the boxes and packing materials were removed also.
