Steve and his crew did an excellent job and the house looks great. I was so happy they were able to straighten out my "cockeyed" porch roof which sloped significantly to one side. They do quality work at a fair price and they cleaned up everything before they left!

We had a leaking porch roof, with rotting boards. Dennis Johnson, the owner of the company, came himself to inspect the problem and offer some options for repair. He gave detailed information about the process and followed up with a written estimate. He was very patient and responsive to further inquiries about all the details of the project. The work was completed when scheduled, with no surprise hidden costs. The work was performed by Dennis and his assistant, and they cleaned up and hauled off all the debris as promised. I would definitely use this company again for any other roofing needs....

Triad Roofing gave us a solid mid-range estimate and we chose them because of the thoroughness and care given during the estimate. They were really the only company who got up on the roof and checked out all the issues before determining an estimate. Throughout the process, we ran into some unpredictable issues with our roofing situation and made a few changes in our design as well. Working with a near 200 year old house structure provides many challenges! Travis worked with us through all of it and proved to be flexible with our needs. He also is really really great at keeping a close eye on progress and has high standards for the work of his crews. Would recommend them to anyone!

Steve was very prompt w/ estimate. Answered all questions and supplied samples of available shingle choices as well as addresses where chosen shingle color was installed. References were included w/ the quote, which was the lowest of 3 received. Started promptly on the day he quoted and would have finished on the following day. However, there was a problem w/ a "tacked on" porch roof that was rotten and needed to be removed. He suggested a carpenter to remove it, who arrived that evening to look over. Porch roof was removed and Steve returned to finish the job. Am very pleased w/ the results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Within minutes after I received the recommended providers I received a call from Chris Wall with Ibarra Moon. After hearing the description of the issue he diagnosed the most likely issue and it potentially being a quick fix. He agreed to check it out the very next day and explained the options. It looked a like a quick fix could indeed be an option as opposed to a larger project removing/replacing shingles/siding would be an expensive proposition with the height of the house and steep roof. So we decided on the quick fix and if it did not have the desired results still go for the full job. Chris came back after the weather dried out to perform the fix himself.. He was great to work work with, very honest and generous as well. I highly recommend his services.

Shortly after purchasing our 1972-built home in 2005 we had a roof leak near a valley where a sun room was added in 1991. We called Jesse and he was on-site and immediately saw the problem with the shingle overlay on the existing roof. (Interestingly, the home had been owned by a building contractor as his residence, and he had added the sun room!) Jesse suggested exposing and both valleys, adding a valley trough, and replacing with matching shingles properly laid. The problem was corrected at a very fair price, and we never had another problem. So, in 2012 when we needed the entire roof replaced we called Jesse again. His crew worked quickly, did not damage our K-Guard gutters, and cleaned up well after the job. His pricing was fair, and I would much rather deal directly with someone who knows his trade than with a larger company who sends a salesman to do the estimate then the work crew. (Less overhead cost to cover as well.) Jesse gave me his handwritten estimate to start things, and I handed him my personal check at the end. There are things worse than doing business the old-fashioned way!

He was at my house in less than an hour. He immediately went up on the roof and replaced the bad shingles. His charges are very reasonable.
