    We called Polecat Remodeling on a Saturday morning to have them come by and give us a estimate. They came the very next day. They assessed the damage and gave us a quote ( which saved us a lot of money). Polecat was the best of all 3 quotes from other companies we received. Nate and Teresa made the whole process much easier for us. They walked us through the whole process every step of the way. As new homeowners we were devastated from the damage to the house from a fire. Nate and Teresa made the whole situation less stressful. Their attention to detail and expertise work showed. They made it even better than when we first bought the house. They not only did the main job but they also did other things along the way. We are so pleased with their whole process.     From beginning to end it was a good experience. When I told Chris what I needed done, he suggested a better and less expensive option. He was flexible working with my need to coordinate the electrical work with having gas lines installed and inspected. Luke who did the work was competent, courteous, prompt, and professional. The final bill, pretty much looked like the original estimate. I can't recommend Elia Electric highly enough

    It was a great experience overall. During my first conversation with Chris when I explained what I needed to accomplish, he suggested an alternative to what I thought I needed that was a better and less expensive solution. He was flexible when I needed to adjust the timing of the work to coordinate with my gas company and the Municipal inspector. On the day the work was done, Luke arrived promptly at the time arranged and was professional, polite, competent, and skilled. He worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job. Before leaving Luke explained and walked me through all the changes and how to switch from grid to generator and back. The final bill pretty much matched the estimate I was given. I can’t recommend Elia Electric highly enough
