When he arrived, he carefully examined each chair to determine the material and condition, put down towels to absorb any moisture from the cleaning, and was very diligent with his job. O'Brien's Cleaning & RestorationI'm so glad I called O'Brian's Cleaning to clean our 51 year old carpets. I had given up on just one room after buying my own carpet cleaning machine and taking 2 full nights to only get PART of a room poorly done a few nights before I called him. We have a lot of clutter and some very heavy large furniture that can't be moved; (I just wanted the visible portions cleaned.) Chris cleaned these 5 big rooms plus a hallway in 2 hours and they all look far better than the ONE room I couldn't do well myself over probably 6 hours. He called first to let me know he was on the way, arrived right on time, explained the prices and answered questions and then did a super fast VERY inexpensive excellent job. He made sure I understood that walking on the carpet would make my shoes very slippery and reminded me when he started and finished to be very careful going up and down the wooden stairs and walking on the floors with no carpet till it was dry. I was glad the solution was safe for my two cats to walk on while still wet, and there is no perfumy smell, just fresh. I really like to support local business and I'll definitely call him again. No need to do it yourself when you've got a hard working professional who does a way better job and costs LESS than a DIY project!- Helen S.
