SES Enterprises LLCSES couldn't have been more pleasant to work with! From their professionalism and kindness, to their transparency with scope of work and pricing, there's not a better company to trust with your renovation/build. Every person we encountered with SES from the Owner to the amazing men and women who worked on the house were kind, honest, and open. It was so comforting to trust the people spending time in our home. They were more than just the staff working on our renovation, they were people we were able to get to know. Here are some bullets to describe our experience as succinctly as possible: Our plan: - My husband and I knew exactly how we wanted the finished product to look, so we were able to provide SES with lots of pictures so they could envision the end goal as well. - We purchased all of the materials for the project (flooring, cabinetry, appliances, backsplash, etc.), and SES made the project come to life! The Details: - On our first call, we were able to schedule a time to have someone come out and assess the scope of work. - Within a couple of days Perry came to the house, assessed our first floor, discussed our plan, and we sent him our inspiration pictures via email. - Within 1 week we had a detailed quote including product and labor pricing. - We were able to schedule a meeting with Perry to adjust pricing since we were purchasing our own materials, and the next morning we had an updated quote within our budget. - Once we paid for permits, the process began and within 6 weeks (because Jefferson Parish took a while to complete the permitting) work started; at this point we had all of our materials ready for the renovation, and all of the work went smoothly from there. - We added on 3 big projects throughout the renovation and they made it so easy. We'd reach out via email, Ashley and Perry would respond with confirmation and pricing, and we'd be able to move forward the following day with the new work. Their process: - Ashley who manages the office, would reach out every evening via email to let us know who would be on site the next day, what time they would arrive, and the scope of work on the list to complete. - If any pieces of work weren't finished on the planned day, Ashley would reach out to let us know why and when the item would be finished. - If anything came up during the renovation that Perry or Luis felt needed to be addressed, they would call us, offer us multiple solutions with pricing, and allow us to chose the option that was the best fit for us. MLM IncWe were very hesitant to select a contractor to renovate our home in Metairie, since we did not have a pleasant experience building our home in 2014. We interviewed over 7 contractors, and when we met Machi, we just knew that MLM was the one we had to hire. They really understood what we wanted and kept our budget in mind. They communicated so well throughout the whole process through their app and through our project manager, Katherine. Katherine really took the time to listen to what we wanted and tried to find the best solutions for our project. She checked in daily and answered every call/text we sent. The whole team at MLM and their amazing subcontractors made this very stressful renovation so effortless for us. Even though our project was smaller than most, we still felt like they cared about each step and took their time to complete everything accurately and did not cut corners. They worked very quickly and efficiently and they were even finished our project ahead of schedule… which we know is very rare in the construction industry! We would recommend MLM to anyone looking to renovate their home and will 100% use them again in the future.- Mary W.

Grasso Construction LLCMarcio is a fantastic guy to work with with on any project he has done for me. I can easily get in touch with him, and he responds to my requests promptly. He always makes sure the job is done to my satisfaction, and I am always impressed with his attention to detail. Marcio repaired my crown moulding from a previous roof leak, he scaped all of the old bubbled paint off, sanded, nailed back into place, caulked, and finish painted. I was so happy with the results. He has also done great exterior work as well. Overall, I will always call Marcio when I need something done in his area of expertise. He is a good and trustworthy man.- Travis M.

I requested a quote from Angie's list and received a call within 10 minutes scheduling an appointment for Friday at "lunchtime" to get an estimate to clean our gutters. I made sure that I was home for "lunchtime" on Friday, but no one showed up at the house. It has been 2 weeks and I never heard from this company again.

Strafford Window Mfg. manufacturers custom wood windows for barns, sheds, stables, pool houses, cabin, porches and interior applications in the home. Local Business Owner with insurance and licesing we ofer financing options

Trinity Construction came out and gave general advice and options for my roof problems (regardless of whether they got my business). They were also the only company that would check for hurricane straps, something I thought made sense since the roof would be opened to the rafters. They stripped off the old leaking metal roof and slats, and then installed OSB decking and quality asphalt shingles with continuous roof vents. The crews were hard working and diligent, answering any questions we had. This was a large roof (area like for 2 houses), and they got the re-build & re-roof done in 2 days. Very impressive. I have had weeks of off and on heavy rain storms since, and the new roof is performing flawlessly. All this and a warranty too.
