Choice Home WarrantyBill had to replace fuse, and was not able to find what was causing the short, but when I called him back to the property to check of the furnace cutting off again, he did come out, next day, and replaced fuse, and we think its fixed, but if not, he will come back. Only one service call charge, of course. Bill was very professional, wore a mask, booties, and worked very hard to find the problem. Would recommend Bill for service. He's great.- MARY M.

Recent Review:
Technician was very prompt to come and worked to determine problem. The elements would heat up before he left, but then when I tried to use the stove, it wouldn't heat. The technician came back a second time and same thing happened. He said he honestly didn't know what the problem was. I am now looking at the changes that I will have to make to put in a new stove. I will have to have a licensed electrician put in a 240 outlet and have a carpenter cut out part of cabinet to accommodate a new stove.

Great! Another service tried to charge me $600 to repair the control board and I didn't believe their diagnosis. Called Appliance EMT who came out the next day and did the repair - with a great explanation - for $150. Definitely hire these guys! They're efficient and trustworthy.
