Choice Home Warranty
Great - went through the reimbursement option and the service tech was fantastic and made repairs in a couple of hours. There was a little trouble getting through to Choice because the phone line for authorization is closed due to COVID-19; but we went through email and texting and after a little delay we got authorization, the fridge was repaired and reimbursement is on the way. Overall - some anxiety but finally successful and I appreciate Choice's responsiveness and willingness to work with us to get the appliance back up. Thank you!

Refrigerator stopped running. I called and set up an appointment for late one afternoon, and the guy showed up and fixed a little part that probably only cost a few bucks. Nonetheless, he explained the minimum charge was $135, but I acted like I was having a heart attack and he knocked a little off. All in all, I know it costs money to stock a truck with parts, train people and have them driving all over to fix refrigerators, so I'm pretty happy and I wrote him a check on the spot. I'm not as happy with a GE refrigerator that breaks after only five years, but the service was acceptable. If I could write reviews for GE refrigerators on Angie's List, they would get an F.

We happen to use Art the day before for my daughter's dryer and because of his honesty, I advised my dad to contact him for services when his refrigerator went out on a Friday evening. I had contacted Art after 8pm on Friday night, he called me back within 30 min of my call. He came out Saturday morning and fixed my fathers refrigerator and was very reasonable with his cost. He appears to be an honest, hardworking gentleman. I have given his card to all of my family in the Tampa area.

Recent Review: Preston did an amazing job in a short amount of time. He let me know what was going on tell me how he could fix it and even when he left and I thought they were still an issue he still came back to reassure me that it was working and also gave me future knowledge on my refrigerator. He even set up a future date to come back and check on it to make sure that I had no issues and was satisfied with the work. I will definitely hire again already looking forward to having him look at my mothers refrigerator.

Recent Review: I called, they came exactly when they said they would, the repairman assessed the problem within 5 minutes of arrival. He replaced the thermostat in about 10 minutes and left. He was very professional and knew his appliances well. I would recommend All Area and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Recent Review: Here is a great appliance repair resource in Atlanta. A Plus responded quickly to my call, sent a repairman, Tony, the next day. Tony was quickly able to find the source of the problem with a refrigerator, previously "repaired" by a different service shop which continued to offer the same problems that were "repaired" last year. Tony returned the next day with the new part, quickly installed it, and has the refrigerator working like new. All for a very reasonable price - far less than was charged for the so called "repair" by the other shop last year. I could not be happier having found A Plus for any future problems I may have with major appliances.
