ACERO'SI cannot recommend Luciano enough, we were in a bind after a contractor left us in a bad spot while renovating our rental property and reached out to Luciano for help and to clean up the last contractors work. Not only, did he fix and repair everything in the house but he brought forward great renovation ideas and completed the job in record timing! Then he helped renovated my brothers house and added on a beautifully modern bedroom and bathroom. He is on time, well mannered, easily available and does fantastic work!- Terrance C.

Antonio remodeling & renovationsI've been a NC licensed contractor for 20+ yrs and had more than a few subcontractors promise you the world and leave much to be desired in the end, but not Antonio Remodeling. They show up when they tell you and do the high quality work you're envisioning without complaints. Old-school craftsmanship (and I know it when I see it) these guys do great work. INNOVATIVE DESIGNThis is my second time hiring John to do renovations in my home. I had such a great initial experience that I had John remodel my bathroom. As was before, John is a pleasure to work with, great at communicating about timeline and his availability, and does great quality work. John removed and installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, and retrofitted the existing pipes. He also repaired drywall as needed, re-mounted the toilet on a newly installed floor, and installed new baseboards and quarter round. His attention to detail really shows in his work. I couldn’t have asked for a better finished product. I’ll be reaching out to John for any future renovations.- Aaron J.

This company is very professional they do exactly what they say they will. Jason, Jamie, Matt and Anthony are awesome at what they do. They remodeled our kitchen and put flooring downstairs, their work is clean, and they work very efficiently. I was very nervous about a remodel but they put our minds at ease immediately. At first they were there in morning and got to work. Thier time management however, sucked. Some days didnt show up until 11am or after or not at all. Made excuses for EVERYTHING. Never squared up existing foundation of deck, so, everything there after was not flush. Overall, we kept complimenting the work and knew how much Vic was trying to make things right. We also understood when things dont go as planned, still giving the benefit of doubt. He asked to be paid for deck on friday at 430 when we NEVER discussed him getting a 'draw' prior to him being done with our job. But still yet,giving benefit of doubt, at last minute on friday paid him the labor so he could pay his crew. Vic told us on Saturday he would be here in a few minutes, he NEVER showed up nor did he call to say he wasnt coming. Apparently, he decided to take his new GF to the aquarium instead of coming to work. One day he had his 2 little grandkids with him while he was working. As hot as it was, we let his grandkids swim in our pool. Again, understanding the babysitter fell thru and he had no choice but to bring them with him while he was trying to work. We paid him everytime he brought us a receipt almost instantly. Today, got home to find a a load of his trash and scrap lumber loaded on my trailer sitting in middle of driveway (he was supposed to take off) and nothing done, had spoke to my husband couple times today, and never once mentioned anything. Came home from work to find out no work done and had left a note saying sorry for the inconvenience but we should find someone else to finish our roof,which he left exposed. He asked me to leave him a 'punch list' of what needed to be completed on deck,which i did. Only for him to pull off the job and tell me to find someone else. Wow! Just Wow!! I guess its safe to say, Never give anyone the benefit of doubt,cause they will screw you in the end. Now, i have to find someone else to finish his half *** job. If you want someone who is honest and reliable, go with someone else! Cause he will give you an excuse every time and will tell you hes on the way,only to find out he was painting his GFs toenails instead of working. The road to **** is paved with excuses.

the guy we had been using kept putting us off and putting us off and it kept getting worst. so i went on Angie's list and found Jordan's Construction. i called him and he came out in a couple of days and gave us a good price so he set a date and time. He text me the day before to remind me he was coming the next morning. He text me again that morning to let me know that he would 30 min. late he showed up in about 25 min. with his crew and they fixed 18 windows in under 3hrs. they cleaned up everything and did an excellent job.
