Jameson inspected our house because of terrible odor thought to be from decomposition. He did a very thorough inspection and has special equipment needed to inspect behind sheet rock with only a small drill hole. Very prompt, experienced and professional.

It went very well. It was a thorough inspection that took over an hour - I felt that the money I spent on the inspection (instead of getting a "free" inspection) was well worth it.

Marvin showed up on time, for a decent price, on fairly short notice. He thoroughly inspected the home on his own, and then took the time to walk around and talk me through his findings. He pointed out several things that I would not have noticed on my own, and recommended specific repairs or remedies for any deficiencies. Marvin said that we should expect the written report the next day, but he emailed it over the same evening. I would definitely hire again!

THEY DID A COMPLETE INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY(50.00). THEY INSPECTED TREES, PLANTS AND GROUNDS. INSPECTED FOR RATS, GOPHERS, ANTS AND BEES, AMOUNG OTHER PESTS. GAVE RECOMMEDATION FOR INITIAL AND ON GOING MAINTENANCE.

Tanya made the reservation for the inspection. I had noise issues in the attic and rats under the kitchen area. Fees were discussed along with work to be performed. Curt conducted the inspection in a professional manner, took his time to look both in the attic and under the house. Luckily, Curt explained he did not see any issues in the attic, and found where he thought the rats were coming in underneath. He showed me where the point of entry was and explained how to patch it. Overall, I was highly satisfied with C&T, fees are more than reasonable, and I'm happy to support this family owned local business.

He was excellent. He did the pest inspection and an inspection for dry rot and he found we had a water leak.

The inspector showed up on time and did the inspection. This was a limited termite inspection. This company treated our house for termites about 10 years ago. No termites were found on this inspection. This company is now Aantex Pest Control.

Superior was great in every detail. Easy to make/change an appointment, the inspector (John Connor) was prompt, friendly, and very informative. We thought some holes in a fence post was caused by termites, but John inspected it along with some other areas of the house and told us we did not have termites. Easy and simple (unlike some other large companies which I won't name). We will definitely use them for other services in the future.

The inspection consisted of an interior check, crawl space underneath my home, an out building and the lawn more specifically being shrubs and trees. At the completion of the inspection, I received a written report of the process and results. I will definitely do another inspection with the company in three to four years which is the business's recommendation. The inspector was very friendly. We have lived in the home for 10 years now and wanted a fresh inspection for termites. Company gave me quote over the phone and we set an appointment. In addition, I got a copy of the quote, as well as all the details of the inspection plus confirmation of the inspection date/time by email. Very professional. Inspector showed up precisely on time and walked around the home and then gave me a description of what he would be looking for and how he would complete the inspection. Inspection took about one hour and he walked me through what he found and what work needed to be done. Written inspection report came back to me in 24 hours time.
