Gold Standard Termite and Pest, Inc.I reached out to three different pest control companies to take care of the mite issue we had with our daughter. She was being bitten all over her body for a few weeks before the doctor recommended that we have our home checked for mites. Out of all the three companies, Gold Standard was the one I felt most comfortable and confident with. Jameson was very friendly and knowledgeable and won us over almost instantly. Once hired, he inspected the home, found droppings, set traps for rodents, placed a mite aroma to kill mites, and successfully removed a rat from our home. He also built a new crawl space door and screwed it into the house so it would not come off. Overall, Jameson did a superb job and now that a month has passed since our last service, my daughter no longer has mite bites! We are so happy that he was able to solve the problem for us. Kyle came to my house in Brentwood and located a nasty rat that had found it’s way under my house and died. That right there ladies and gentlemen is a service that I found to be extremely valuable. Your local pest control service won’t find that dead animal and remove it for you. They just set and check traps and bounce. So….After removing the dead stinky rat, Kyle examined the crawl space and attic for any areas pests may gaining access….sealed em up. No more rat problems! The introductory meeting went very well. The representative, Stephan, was very professional, arrived on time and had a professional appearance. He asked good questions , so to understand the extent of our rodent house mates and wanted to see all areas of the house inside and out. He completed a thorough inspection and educated me with his findings and clearly proposed what his company could do to remove the mice. We signed up and are looking forward to being mouse free!
